Bright Dental Office - Frank Chen, DDS

Front desk lady was extremely rude and unprofessional when I called to reschedule an appointment due to child care falling through. I called an hour and a half before my appt time and clearly was not my intent to cancel last minute, but as a mom things happen. I feel that as a healthcare facility, understanding and compassion goes a long way and that was something I did not receive from her.

I was so scared to get work done on my teeth due to past experiences, but let me tell you, Dr. Chen really makes any dental work painless, fast, & efficient!! He makes sure you are comfortable throughout the entire procedure and i was able to get in super fast, his entire team is so sweet, (front desk & DAs) if I could give 10 stars I would, definitely recommend!

These people are the sweetest!! So caring and get the job done and done right!! I get all my routine cleanings and big procedure done here and I have never felt more comfortable elsewhere. When you walk in the lady at the dest greets you and gets you into a room. I've never waited longer than 15 minutes to be seen. Amazing people and thanks to them for all that they do!

Had a super awesome experience with Dr. Chen. He did a great job with my root canal. I was super nervous but he made it super comfortable and I didn’t feel much of it at all. Stuff was super nice as well. Great experience definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Dr. Chen. Both Dr. Chen and Caroline are amazing. I was nervous as a first time patient of Dr. Chen but the reviews were accurate. He and his staff provide excellent care! He explained everything, made sure I was completely pain free during the procedure and matched up my cap to my other teeth perfectly!

He's been my dentist since 2022 and he is definitely one of the great ones...Mary is great too!! they treat you like family and do a great job!
