My wife and I have both had an amazing experience here after the Miller’s come highly recommended. This is a very professional, clean, and knowledgeable dental office with awesome, friendly staff and great service. We’re glad to receive our dental care here, and would highly recommend Taylor Meadows to anyone in need!

Used to love going there and have been going for a few years. Got a text (that’s right, text instead of the curtesy of a call) in December to reschedule my January cleaning. This was an appointment that I made in JUNE. I was told my hygienist was out on medical leave and they need to reschedule me but couldn’t get me scheduled until MAY. I understand things happen but to reschedule me in May is really unacceptable. When I asked if any other hygienist could see me, I was told no and they’d let me know if a cancellation comes up. It was all communicated via text and it all felt cold and unaccommodating. Waiting an additional 5 months just isn’t okay.

Easily the best dental experience I've ever had. Dr. Jay Miller is incredibly professional, accommodating, and transparent with every step of the procedure. Didn't feel a thing.

Went in to get some work done. Joy saw me and was extremely pleasant and helpful to work with. She explained everything in detail and made sure that I was comfortable through the procedure. Literally everyone I spoke with was also great; the front office was fun and charismatic, the lady helping me through insurance questions was receptive, informative and happy to help. Will gladly go back.

Great family dentist office. Our kids have no problems when going to the dentist - they feel completely comfortable! Dr. Andrew and his staff do a great job in helping them feel this way, even if they have to do some extra work like caps or fillings. Great for the adults too!

Worst dental office experience ever. Set an initial appointment for a consult which was a couple months later. They left a voicemail reminder on my phone to arrive early to do paperwork and bring my insurance card. Everything was great until I got in the dental chair. At that point a super rude woman with zero customer skills enters the room and says they are doing a consult and dental impressions. I'm still ok with everything as this will expedite the process. She then shakes me down for my full out of pocket expense as I sit in the chair with the bib on. When I tell her I don't have thousands available as I wasn't prepared to pay, she tells me I was told to have the cash and demanded at least half. When I advised I didn't have the half, she told me they couldn't see me and to reschedule when I had the money. Later I replayed the voicemail to be sure and nothing was ever mentioned to bring any payment let alone a full payment. Additionally I had to travel to Lincoln for the appointment as I do not live in Lincoln. Very disappointed in the experience!

While I enjoyed Dr Drew and Dr. Doran, their insurance department was rude and condescending. They shared that they didn’t have to take any insurance when I asked why they weren’t a Delta Dental Preferred provider. A crown in their office was double that in a Delta Preferred provider office. I hope the dentists are aware of their treatment of clients. I switched offices and they didn’t care.
