Pine Ridge Dental

Dr Kevin and all the other staff are stellar. This is by far the greatest care you can get in Lincoln. They are so attentive to my special dental needs. I also love the East ridge location. I feel not trapped in the chair but that is me. Bottom line they are very good and if you have dental anxiety go to Pine Ridge. I also feel that my current crown and future plan is solid between the dentists, hygienists, and office staff. They will take care of you. Period.

Dr Rich is the best dentist. He is gentle and kind. I had a phobia of dentists but no more. Dr Rich and his assistant ! Her name started with a T were amazing. Always checking to make sure I was comfortable. They were just a pleasure to spend three hours with while waiting for my new crown to be molded. They were very excited when it fit like a glove. They definitely love their jobs. I’ll always go to Dr Rich💙

Pine Ridge Dental (at Edgewood) is always a delight with a great atmosphere and wonderful professionals. I have always been nervous about dentists (since childhood), but their good spirt, humor, and kindness was the best! Great innovation in tools and how they work as well.

Great place! Yesterday was our first visit. Already heads and shoulders above our last Dentist experience. Had our records well in advance, knew what was allowed by our insurance and what wasn't. Seemed to actually have their stuff together - and it was busy, which illustrates theyre serving a lot of people and doing it well. Cozy atmosphere. Really like the staff. Highly recommend.

I came in because I had lost a crown and was also due for a cleaning. Didn’t even get time to sit in the waiting room before the hygienist came to take me to an exam room!!! Not only are they prompt, everyone from the front checkin to the dental assistant to the dentist were friendly and professional. The dentist did a good job of explaining his plan of care, including cost. I especially want to do a shoutout to the hygienist! She put me at ease and was so friendly. She does excellent work. Wish I could remember her name but she does her job with such joy. I have been coming here for over 20 years. It’s a beautiful, comfortable facility. Thank-you Pine Ridge! I highly recommend this office.

Was the most professional and welcoming dentist office I have worked with. The dentist explained everything through the process at each step as he was working. They were very up front and clear about everything and did quality work. Would not hesitate to refer them to anyone!

It was just a checkup, and I had no issues with my teeth. She gave me a choice of flavors of toothpaste (raspberry ftw), cleaned my teeth, and we had a nice chat here and there. She was lovely! I wish I had gotten her name. At the end, she asked me if there were any supplies I needed (toothpaste, brush, floss, etc). I got a new brush, a little tube of toothpaste, and some plastic flossers free of charge. Easy peasy, and even kind of pleasant. My family and I have always gone to Pine Ridge and so far as I'm aware, we have no complaints. They're just pretty great.
