This was a few years ago so I've given a star back, but I'm also pretty sure my 1-star review was removed. So keep that in mind. I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed. I was self pay so I wanted to apply/use a care card, which I told the receptionist. I was assured that was alright and that I could sort it out after the procedure. While I was in the chair, actively being given intravenous sedation, the receptionist came in and politely demanded I put a card on file "just in case the care card doesn't work out." I complied and gave her my debit card since that's all I had on me. Procedure went well. They gave me COVID though. What prompted this review however was as I was recovering, I saw that my debit card had been charged. I called and asked what we could do to get the transaction resolved to the correct payment method, and they essentially told me to pound sand. Absolutely diabolical experience. I understand this could be a one-off but it left a lasting impression.

I had a great experience at this dental office. Rita at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, and she made the check-in process smooth and easy. The dentist was very nice and kind, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable during the visit. The staff was professional and the office was clean and well organized. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a friendly dental team.

As soon as I stepped into this dental office, I felt welcome and at ease. Rita at the front desk is joyous and had me laughing while I waited to be seen. Dr. Guerra-Hirji is compassionate, friendly, and professional. She works quickly and always makes my teeth shine! Her dental assistant, Giselle, was also so lovely and we hummed along to the music while she cleaned my teeth-- it felt like a dental spa! I rarely leave reviews (and have never been a huge fan of the dentist), but was compelled to let others know that they should really book an appointment here because it rocks.
