Summit Fair Dental Care

First off, I hate to leave less than glaring reviews. I will start with the pros: the staff is mostly friendly. The office is clean. Their booking availability is pretty flexible minus the multiple needs for confirmation-please confirm or they will cancel your appointment. The cons: not attentive or detail-oriented. Also, feels very much like a cash-grab. My first visit was an emergency appointment (my back tooth chipped) At this appointment they took x-rays, did a deep cleaning, and offered me a quote for Invisalign and were prepared to send me on my way—without addressing my emergency. On subsequent visits, they always ask me to provide access to my insurance long before my visit. To me, it feels like they’re checking my formulary to see what/where they can charge me. I’ve let it be known that I don’t take fluoride and was given flouride on my last visit before I could decline. I feel like that should be highlighted in a patient’s chart. I paid for that appointment out of pocket at the end of the appointment. I later received an unexpected bill that couldn’t be explained when I called for clarity. If you want Invisalign they would love to have you, but if you want thorough care, I would suggest going elsewhere.

Top notch dental care, probably the best dentist I have ever been to. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and go out of their way to make sure I am comfortable and my needs are met. Dr Koleilat is fabulous, she does excellent work, taking great care that I experience no pain. If you need dental care, give them a call. You won't regret it.

Great experience! They were super thoughtful, thorough and transparent about costs. Usually I'm in pain after a routine cleaning. Everything was so gentle but I still felt super clean after- no pain! Everyone from front desk to the dentist, Dr. Steever was awesome and so kind!

This office is simply amazing! Just stop looking and book an appointment. I haven't gotten work done (yet) but they have been so very kind, helpful, patient, understanding, thorough, and knowledgeable/informative. Very smooth process so far, and I felt very comfortable while getting X-rays, etc. Everyone took their time to explain everything to me and answer my questions, and I absolutely cannot wait to go back! Thank you girls so much.

Very positive experience at Summit Dental Fair. Needed a quick adjustment to my dental appliance and they were able to get me in right away. They added some whimsical decor to a few rooms which I was lucky enough to be in. Loved it and really helped with my dentist anxiety!

I am a relatively new patient to the practice however, I do believe I will be finding a new dentist. The office is clean and the staff is polite, and I love my dental hygienist. However, the issue comes with the Dentist continually recommending Invisalign to me. My issue with this is that I can 100% tell that this is a cash grab, or some sort of corporate agenda. I’ve had braces before, and I have some very slight overcrowding, otherwise straight clean teeth. The dentist recommended it the first time I came in and I told her that under no circumstance what I’d be able to afford that. Hoping that this would be the end of the discussion. No other Dentist has recommended Invisalign this adamantly to me. Every dentist I’ve ever gone to has said that I have beautiful teeth. And while I may not have a Hollywood smile, doesn’t mean that I need to be consistently pressured and made to feel bad about my smile. The part that rubbed me the wrong way was her framing it as she cares about me and she insisted that she would continually bring it up because of that fact. I’m not super sure what her financial agenda is, but you’re not going to squeeze me for every penny I’m worth. It’s obvious that choosing them for regular cleanings is not good enough for them, so I will be taking my beautiful teeth elsewhere for Care.

Jess is the best she always gets me in and out quickly and efficiently (bonus that she’s the nicest person ever and plays the best movies). Everyone in the office is extremely helpful and welcoming. I love it here!
