Spencer & Spencer Pediatric Dentistry

This is such a fun office! The jungle and animals made it very fun and exciting for my 3yo! The staff is friendly and excellent with kids! Dr. Jodie Spencer was so amazing with my daughter and explained every step of what she was doing in ways a toddler could understand. They understand a toddlers attention span and patience is very short so they are quick and keep the atmosphere fun... Disney+ on the tv is also helpful. Lol. Highly recommend!

My daughter is just over 2 years old and this was her first dental visit. Many had recommended Spencer & Spencer, so we decided to take her here. After seeing how everyone interacts with young kids, especially 2 year olds at their first visit, it’s no wonder they come highly recommended! My husband and I were completely shocked when our daughter got right up in the chair and let the hygienist brush her teeth. They are fantastic! Another review from 2/8/2023: Funny enough (and I understand why) I can’t do a second review on Spencer & Spencer for my 18 month old’s first visit. This was my 3 year old’s third visit and 18 month old’s first visit. This pediatric dentist office is fantastic - from the office appearance & "kid friendly" feel, to the ladies at the front desk and check out, the dental hygienists, and Dr. Jodi Spencer. She has seen my girls for all visits now and continues to be exceptional. She is so quick with toddlers and makes it as bearable on kids and parents as she can! She was so positive and reassuring to me as their mom as well.

Really good with kids, great "bedside" manner. Helpful with new appointment setup as well.

Spencer & Spencer Pediatric Dentistry really bad treatment from you all today - had an issue with our vehicle which made us 12 minutes late for our 2:30 appointment. Called at 2:30 to let you know we were on the way but would be late and that our eta was 2:42. Was put on hold to confirm we could still be seen, given your "10 minutes late policy". Was then told to go ahead and still come to appointment. Dropped son off at door at 2:41 then went to park. Walked in office at 2:43 and was told that because we were late you wouldn’t have time to verify insurance and it would likely have to be self pay. Then added that we wouldn’t be seen until 3:30 or later because we were late. Unbelievable! That could have all been shared when I called ahead to notify you we would be late! The lady at front desk was very cold. She clearly wanted to punish us for being late. Definitely won’t be returning and will recommend against you moving forward. Hopefully you will rethink your policies and how you treat patients when they’ve had an unfortunate circumstance that makes them 12 minutes late to an appointment. Or maybe you won’t. Either way you won’t have our business or support moving forward. Definitely regretting our loyalty to your establishment over the years. Lesson learned. Others be warned.

We just LOVE this place! We were new to town and just kind of took a shot based off our network and Google reviews. Pleasant, quick, and courteous. They really understand parent's time restrictions and how little minds work.

Absolutely amazing experience! The front desk staff are both friendly and efficient. The dental staff and doctors are warm and friendly. Dr. Jodie Spencer has an incredible energy. Her rapport with my children makes all the difference in easing their anxiety. The office is both clean and aesthetically pleasing. Any parent searching for a pediatric dentist should give them a try!!

I’ve been taking my 3 kids to Spencer & Spencer for 12 years now. I showed up today for their appointment and find out they were cancelled. I was told I never paid a $45 bill. I have never received a bill from them or collections they said it was sent to. I always pay my bills so my account would show that. I find out they text the bill and didn’t mail it. Well I would never pay something as a text message. That screams scam & fraud. I have no memory of a text message but I probably thought it was a junk text. I never got contacted their appts were canceled. I paid the amount in office and they wouldn’t schedule another appointment until it’s cleared with collections. Strange since I just gave them the money they wanted. I will be finding a new place to go now. I cannot believe this is how it would be handled over $45 & only handled through texting.
