I’ve not been the best patient. I don’t like flossing and I went dark during Covid, but no matter, they took me back in when I had a cracked filling. I had the nitrous (thank goodness) and Dr. Micah took care of me like the pro she is. I believe she’s a perfectionist in the best sense of the word. I think of her as an artist with the drill and someone who takes pride in her work and her skills. I know when she’s done with the job, it’s done right. I’ve seen people here complaining of billing practices and I’ll say that it’s absurd to think anyone in her office is intentionally scamming people. I’ve been to a money grubbing scammer of a dentist for an "emergency" and I can assure you Dr. Micah is not that. My family trusts her and you should too.

Dr. Snyder is the best! She is thorough, knowledgeable, and treats you like family. I love her staff as well! They will take care of you.

We were patients for years however have recently decided to go elsewhere after experiencing issues with their billing practices. We have had the same insurance for ourselves and kids for years along with a 2nd dental policy. We paid few hundred dollars out of pocket years after the service date because they had difficulty with filing a claim. They couldn’t explain what happened then, they just kept blaming it on the insurance company. I just received a phone call that again they have issues making a claim with insurance. The service date was in October, they didn’t follow up with insurance until very late December then again this week. At this current time they’re saying they don’t know how much we will owe but they believe we will owe a couple hundred dollars. We just can’t trust their billing and claims department anymore.

My elderly mother has difficulty getting around, even with her walker. The girls at this office are just precious with her...she knows the girls by name and looks forward to her six-month cleaning and check-up with Dr. Micah. I so admire the respect and care they show her, but I know every patient is treated with very special care by a very special & expert staff. Dr. Micah, as no surprise, has surrounded herself with a great staff!

Zero complaints. The entire staff is fantastic--friendly, professional and all around great. I'm not a fan of doing anything dental but they help put my anxiety at ease and I will forever return to this office for my routine dental work.

Staff is always friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Always receive the best care. Been going here for a few years now. Glad that I won't have to look again for a good dentist!

Deceptive billing practices just as the other reviewer said. I experienced a very similar situation and was lied to by the people at the front desk. They are scamming people. I will never come back to this office. I am absolutely disgusted.
