Their receptionist or whoever calls for payments was very rude and unprofessional. She would not allow any type of payment plan even though we could pay 3/4th of the bill today. With government shut downs times are hard and we were willing and wanting to pay as much as could while still being able to feed our child. The receptionist laughed at me, kept cutting me off, and thought it was funny that people are struggling. Tried to get me to sign up for a credit card instead of letting us make 2 payments. If you are someone wanting a doctors office who gives grace and is willing to work with you I would not choose this place. It has been a year since the payment was due, and I get that my husband should have made payments prior to this but for them to call and give no grace and threaten us when we were willing to pay a third of the payment today and then laugh when speaking with me on the phone and continued to cut me off is not a business I want to work with in the future.

I love going to Ross! He has been my dentist for almost 30 years if not a couple more. His skill and knowledge are on par with the best of them. The staff are also kind and friendly especially Tracy the janitor.

I've been going to Dr. Ross since I got married. He's seen my husband since he was a kid and now sees my kids. My kids actually look forward to the dentist and seeing him. The staff is wonderful. Would highly recommend

Dr. Morrison has taken care of my dental needs for over a year now. He is excellent and has not only met my expectations but, far exceeded them. He is kind, gentle and definitely treats all his patients as priorities! Highly recommend!!!

I’ve been going to Dr. Ross for the entirety of my childhood and adult life, with the exception of a small stint where I lived in Saint Louis. I had a pretty rough experiences at multiple dentists in Saint Louis (having to go back up to 4 times to redo previous work), and can truly say Dr. Ross is amazing! Our {expanding} family will continue going to Dr. Ross!

My experience with Dr. Ross's office was excellent. The front desk staff was pleasant. And although she was busy, she acknowledged my presence and took care of me. My hygienist,Tanya, was very thorough throughout my cleaning and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Ross was excellent and knowledgeable. I have found my new dental office. (Dont understand why a 3.5 rating because my experience was awesome)

Dr. Morrison is always so patient and caring, so is the staff! I have no complaints, as I am always cared for when I go in, whether the problem is small or large. I have had routine cleanings as well as a crown and a couple fillings. I was so worried about everything with my crown, but he made sure I was comfortable and educated me on every step that would be done, before ever doing anything. Really recommend Dr. Morrison!
