Here is an exact text exchange I had with Dr. Flucke's office. I think it's important for customers/patients know what they will be dealing with if they choose this office for dental care. In the message when we talk about my children, both were over the age of 18 in 2019. there is a balance outstanding on your dental account of $4.50. Link to complete your payment at your earliest convenience. Advanced Dental Associates. Oh yeah I remember you all. That's why I stopped going to Dr Flucke. Always trying to shake me down for more money. You all shock me down for $70 dollars when my grown children missed appts, but still on my insurance. $4.50 now paid, sorry this dentist is hurting for money so bad. The info will be shared. Please take care, god bless I'm sorry you feel that way it looks like that was back in 2019 when your young adult children missed there appointments and we have had a 35.00 failed appointment fee since our business opened. And more times then none we find insurance only paying on some of the services and not always at a 100%. If we as a business had to write off everyone's "small" balances that adds up. IMO this is not how you should treat people, more over customers or your patients!

Absolutely an amazing practice. I HIGHLY recommend them. They're sensitive to anxieties, competent and professional. Highly, highly recommended.

I drove forty minutes to see this dentist because my dentist back home recommended him. I was ten minutes late to the appointment because of a near accident on my way there. I told them I was just around the corner and when I arrived the woman who met me rudely and coldly told me, despite knowing how shaken I was from the road incident, that they might not be able to do the cleaning I came for since I was "so late." I reminded her I was only ten minutes late, I nearly got killed on my way, and I am shaken. She kept saying that I was so late, and she doesn't "think" they can do the work. I asked her to give me a straight answer if they will do the cleaning or not and she wasted another six minutes verifying that, only to tell me she didn't know. There was no sympathy or compassion. Only rudeness, and calculated coldness. Very unwelcoming. Since she couldn't give me an answer and seemed to blame me for being ten minutes late, even though I told her what horrible thing happened, she then had the nerve to say "Well we are almost half an hour into your time...so the sooner you fill out the paper work the sooner we can get you an answer." At this point we were 16 minutes into the time, not half an hour. She was exaggerating and being just so awfully unwelcoming, and cold! What a horrible woman. I had to remind her that she is the one who started our conversation saying they probably won't be able to do the work today. Then she said they might have to take X rays, when I had my old dentist already send them my X rays last week, and this office told me I wouldn't have to do X-rays, as a result. So once I was there, after all that trouble, I was smacked with the realization that his staff lied to me when I was told I wouldn't need X-rays. They promised that since they already had my x-rays, my cleaning would cost a lot less. Did they lie to get me in there, only to switch the story once I arrived? It certainly seems that way. I give one star for the way this horrible woman treated me and my time. It's unfortunate that my previous dentist spoke highly of this dentist, who I never met. This bad review is not for him, but for his incompetent, inhuman staff that turns off customers rather than welcomes people to his business.
