We've always had a great experience at Fry. Sydnee is super friendly and always helpful at the front desk! Dr Thompson is very kind and puts nervous kids at ease. Sarah was very patient and gentle when applying braces for our son. As a parent, I really appreciate that appointments run on time, are easy to schedule, and the waiting room is very comfortable (they even have snacks!).

We love Fry Orthodontics! Dr. Thompson is great - appreciate how she explains treatment decisions clearly and she's so kind. I'm always impressed by the efficiency of the office. Sydnee at the front desk is wonderful - she greets you and makes you feel welcome and valued as a patient and person. Isabelle is so patient and sweet with the kids. We couldn't be happier with our decision to treat multiple family members here.

"Missouri law (RSMo Section 431.061) protects minors from being held personally liable for their own medical bills, as they cannot legally enter into binding financial contracts. Consequently, a health care provider cannot legally refuse treatment based on the minor's own personal "debt," because such a debt is not legally valid against the patient." Because a PARENT was/is financially irresponsible that does not mean it’s okay for Fry Ortho to treat ANYONE with less dignity and respect. *You agree to take braces her braces off, but will NOT do anything else until the irresponsible parent pays the remaining balance from over ten years ago (when this person was a minor). Incredibly sad that whoever she spoke to on the phone would treat her so horribly, she now is looking for a new orthodontist because of one phone call to your office. Thanks for nothing Fry Ortho.

I've been going to this place for about a year now. If you want your braces done right, I highly recommend coming here to this place. Everyone has done an amazing job with their part! Great atmosphere! Amazing people!
