Dental Depot

I had a follow-up conversation with the regional manager at Dental Depot after my initial concerns regarding communication. I’m so impressed by how seriously they took everything. They’re committed to improving patient and staff communication. They really take listening to real patient concerns in a meaningful way. I feel heard, respected, and grateful for how they handled it. At times communicating with a patient can be hard. I was not exactly the easiest person to deal with in a difficult time. However Dental Depot still treated me with compassion and humanity the entire time. I am grateful to be surrounded by such a great team from the moment I walk in the door until I leave. No matter what happens they are always ready to improve patient experience and comfort.

First time at Dental Depot, the process to schedule and confirm my appointment was seamless. Eric did my X-Rays and he was quick and very kind. Always made sure I was comfortable. I was examined by Dr. Craigmiles who was efficient and explained everything in detail. I appreciated he made sure I understood everything before he left. My cleaning was fantastic, she was thorough and I left feeling better about my smile.

Our 7 year old has autism. They asked what he needed and did everything they could to explain to him what was happening, let him touch things and ask questions. We had a great experience and will definitely be back. They have a train outside and running inside.

I was skeptical going go to a Dental Depot —I should’ve have been. The staff was amazing and kind. Every one of them! I was their last patient of the day, but was treated like the first. My teeth are a wreck just in the last few years. I was afraid of what the dentist might say, but he quickly put a plan in motion for my care that made me feel so much better. I highly recommend the Lees Summit location!

A lot of folks don't think of Dental Depot as a good dentist due to being a corporate chain. However, I tried them after being fed up with the nonstop up selling at white oak and just like all of the other bad reviews from white oak, everyone seems to have periodontal disease. I do not as I suspected. If you're looking for a great dentist office in Blue Springs or Lees Summit, I would highly recommend Dental Depot!

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Dental Depot in Lee’s Summit, MO! From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and genuinely caring. The entire team was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away — but I have to give a special shoutout to Ireland, the front office manager. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of — from scheduling and insurance questions to making me feel truly welcomed every time I walked in the door. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines top-notch care with such great people skills, but Dental Depot really delivers. Thanks to Ireland and the team, this is hands down a 5-star experience — I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dental care!

Dental depot in lees summit was great! They were very kind and professional. I went for a teeth cleaning and am quite sensitive to hot/cold water and they were great with making sure I was comfortable and nothing hurt. It’s new, but it’s very clean and the building is cute! My kid loved seeing all the trains, especially the one that moves around the track on the wall. Overall around a great experience, was quick to be in and out. Would definitely recommend.
