Dr. Duello and his staff are the BEST! I recently needed an emergency appointment, and his staff worked me in quickly. I have been a patient of Dr. Duello's for over 25 years. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Duello and his staff!!!

Dental services are grand. Billing however, not so much. Keep track of your insurance EOBs and payments. They credit them manually, maybe. No explanation for where a credit went, but said my insurance coverage hadn't changed. No explanation for a charge that is more than double what it was last time. The book-keeper spoke to me as if I was a kindergartener to whom she was teaching addition and subtraction but did not address the issue of what happened to the credits and payments. And she said they never audit!

We always love our dentist visits. They always treat us warm and kind from the moment we walk in the door. They know and remember us and it makes for a pleasant experience. Dr. Duello is so patient with my kids even with fillings and makes what could be a scary situation pleasant. He also is upfront about cavities on teeth they’re going to lose soon and wont bother filling those. They are so quick but efficient!

My experience with Norma the dental hygienist at Dr. Duello's office is stellar! She has a delicate hand when it comes to removing my plaque and buildup without bloodshed and tears. The office staff are friendly and professional. The office is clean and neat. They also have up to date machinery to give you the best dental experience you could possibly have!

I have been putting off going to the dentist longer than I should have. Like many, I just don’t like the dentist. I did lots of research and read tons of reviews, and ultimately decided to go with Dr. Duello. From the moment I called to set up a new patient appointment, to going in for a cleaning, the staff was unbelievably kind, caring, and very informative. They’re very welcoming, listen to any concerns you have, and are understanding. They were very honest and I felt that I was not just another patient to make them $$ like experiences I have had elsewhere. I highly recommend Duello to anyone looking for dental care.

I have always been pleased with how thorough they are. Everyone in the office is professional and friendly and smiling. They keep me informed of my past and present history and any future options that are available. I never wait long. They get me in when I need and call or text sometimes to let me know they can see me sooner. They really care and I even enjoy our side conversations during the visit. Would definitely recommend!

Dr Duello and his staff are awesome! They help their patients be at ease! They listen to their patient’s concerns and help you feel comfortable and at ease. Also, his Admin staff do their best to get an appointment when needed, help with questions on billing. The staff make you feel welcome snd you can truly tell they care about their patients.
