Bromley & Broyles Dental

I love Dr Amie (Broyles). She runs a super busy clinic but I never feel like just another number/patient when I’m there. She’s always been able to get me in to be seen when I have problems needing to be addressed quickly. Dr Broyles has an honest approach to her practice and gives options to treatments plans. She’s decisive and also not the type to just recommend treatment if not entirely needed. I’ve been going to her for years now, as has my family.

Hands down recommend this dental practice! Absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to. If you fear or have anxiety keeping you from dental care give this place a shot. My experience was unbelievable. I was a walk in and hadn’t been to the dentist in years. They were kind and compassionate and got me scheduled quickly for a game plan to get my dental health back on track. I had heard nothing but good things about both of the dentists at this practice and was fortunate to get into see Dr Amie Broyles. She is an amazing dentist as well as an amazing person! Everyone, from the intake, her assistant and schedulers treated me with kindness, compassion and reassurance about my situation. I am so grateful to have found them. I have found my place and hope that you do as well!

Went here for years. They are vague or dont tell you at all what they are going to do work on. They don't like it if you ask questions about treatment plans. They get defensive and have a bad attitude when asked to see pictures and images. They don't like to have requests for notes to be put on your medical file. They don't like it when you advocate for yourself or your kids. They only like it if you go along with what they say and don't ask any questions or rock the boat at all. I should be able to advocate for and ask questions about my care and the care of my family without the staff or doctors giving me grief.

This dental office is wonderful and as much as I don't "love" trips to the dentist, the people at this office make it the best possible experience. We love all the staff here! Aime is our dentist and she is so friendly and helpful. She has also dealt with a quite complicated crown for me, and is extremely skilled at her profession! The hygenists have all been incredibly kind and eager to get my questions answered. Big thanks to all the staff here!

When I seen people give this place 2 or less stars I was shocked. I have been to soooooo many dentist offices and this is the best I have found. My anxiety walking into a dentist office is through the roof! The staff here is very professional, kind, and courteous! The dentist made a plan to fill a cavity to make me as comfortable as possible, and refused to work on me if I felt any discomfort and I genuinely appreciate that! They even covered me up with a blanket and I actually dozed off while they worked on me. I love this place and my dentist. She’s the best!

Bromley and Broyles is by far the best overall dental experience I have ever had! I am a consistent patient for a cleaning every six months and have also needed some sensitive work done stemming from an injury many years ago. I have been seeing Dr. Aime Broyles for over 3 years now and she is the absolute BEST! Not only is her attention to detail impeccable, her extensive knowledge and years of experience in the industry along with her compassion, clear communication and caring energy is unmatched. The office is not only beautiful, warm and inviting but safety protocols and health standards are top priority at all times. The office team | staff are extremely professional and make each office visit beyond enjoyable. I am a patient for life and am so thankful to have full trust and confidence in Bromley and Broyles for all my dental care needs.

The actual dentist was great, but I wasn’t able to get a clear answer on the very high costs after being sent a treatment plan. The person that called me to go over it was filling in, and I was told the person that normally handles billing would reach out the next day. I never got a call so I went elsewhere. Now I’m being billed over $200 for that initial appointment for just X-rays. I contacted my insurance company and they said if multiple x-ray types are done in one day, you pay out-of-pocket for the additional x-rays. They said that would have been disclosed when they called to verify my insurance. Yet no one told me this at my appointment, had I known this I would’ve come back another time and they would’ve been covered.
