I appreciate good service in general but where dentistry is concerned, the standard is a bit higher. It’s as invasive as it gets…. But there is no more comforting feeling than to be in the hands of professional, communicative, and friendly staff. The moment you enter you are greeted warmly ( by name) from the receptionist and attended to immediately. They operate with transparency from that moment on and you’re seen by your dentist on the time you scheduled to do so. You can see the passion behind her smile for what she does and who she does it for. The process is never as bad as I think it will be but I am reassured throughout, feeling involved rather than helpless. Thanks ladies for running a business that’s worth talking about and a smile worth showing.

Since 2017, a was treated by a well known Webster dentist office and continually had problems with their dental services. They were extremely unprofessional, dishonest, performed poor dental work, and insisted on pushing services and expenses that were totally unnecessary. I finally got fed up and found Magnolia Creek Dentistry on the Google internet. I accidentally called during the lunch hour and the dentist answered the phone herself and got me scheduled for an appt. -- I just had my first visit with Dr. Panada and her staff. The office is very clean and inviting. The staff were all extremely kind and professional. When the previous dentist office refused to give me my records, Magnolia Creek staff called and obtained them for me. Dr. Panada was very honest, kind, gentle and very knowledgeable about the dental services I need, while taking into account my other medical conditions. The staff were very helpful in trying to schedule me to start the dental work, while coordinating with my dental insurance. I am very excited about switching to Magnolia Creek, and beginning treatment with a reputable dental office. I would highly recommend them to others. MRS GLEN WILLIAMS

I was referred to Magnolia Creek by my son. Really glad I listened. The staff was really great, nonjudgmental, and listened to my concerns My wait time was minimal. Dr. Pranata did an examination without making me feel ashamed more than I had already made myself feel over the neglect that I had given my teeth. She and her staff are putting me on a path to restore what has been neglected for so long. They have an attitude of professionalism as well as a sense of humor. I recently got my teeth whitened; I completed the at-home (2 weeks) and in-office whitening treatment. Truly love the results!! I didn’t think my teeth could get lighter in color. Dr. Pranata provided precise and very detailed instructions on how to whiten my teeth at home and how the in-office treatment was going to go. She really cares about your all well-being. I enjoyed my experience at Magnolia Creek Dentistry, I highly recommend them!

I’ve been going here for 2 years now and absolutely love it. Never have had any issues here. The dentist & the hygienist are both very kind and takes their time explaining what the problem is so you can prevent it from happening. Front desk is always friendly. Highly recommend!
