Clear Creek Pediatric Dentistry

Clear Creek Pediatric Dentistry is amazing! Front staff and the dental assistants were amazing! Dr. Rachael Garrett is super sweet and approachable. I can see why a lot of people refer kids to her. She’s considerate and understanding. The office is clean, very inviting and very kid friendly! Highly recommend kiddos start off here to get accustomed to being in a dental environment.

As a first time mom, I was really nervous going in. The dental hygienist was amazing, made my toddler feel comfortable. My toddler even came home pretending to clean all her plushie’s teeth. The dentist was great, answered all my questions and was very informative.

I don’t get online to give reviews but this one is for the mamas and daddy’s looking for somewhere to take their babies!! My son is 6 years old, I had taken him to 2 other places before finding CCPD and cannot be more thankful to find them! The staff is so helpful and SO SUPPORTIVE for the kiddos!! They were patient and kind to my son, communicating specifically to him in order to make him feel safe and comfortable getting treatment. Office is very well taken care of and clean. All kids get treasure box toys and gifts for visits. TEN OUT OF TEN!!!

This was an amazing experience other than the name confusion. I think they are in the process of getting the signs changed over. This is the fourth time my son has been to the dentist and this experience was far superior because 1) the hygienist took her time and even scaled his teeth. She even gave us brushing tips for the areas that had the most tartar build up. 2) Dr Garrett was thorough and sang songs to him to keep him comfortable. His legs in the air in the picture are him having a good time with her. She also asked questions about his health that are related to his airway and development. It was exceptional service and we really appreciated everyone waiting for their lunch period as my toddler had a meltdown in the waiting room. They had such great toys and play items as well as live fish in addition to a welcome warm staff that he didn’t want to leave.

This is the best pediatric dentistry clinic. The dentist, Dr. Garrett and her nurse, Ms. Natalie are absolutely wonderful with kids. Honestly, I wasn't too sure about this clinic because it's very far from where I live. However it's worth the drive and the time! My eldest son is autistic so I was very worried how he'll react to getting his teeth worked on. But to my relief everyone in the clinic, receptionists, the hygienists, the nurses and doctors were all so professional and kid friendly. The clinic is also very clean and welcoming. Their waiting room has toys for the younger kids and Xbox consoles for the older kids.

BOOK your appointment. Not my first time, but we always have a great experience! I have three children four & under, & they are wild! The staff helps me corral them, & I never feel embarrassed or uneasy. They are very helpful /sweet with my children. They sing them songs when they brush their teeth. The play area is super fun plus they have fish tanks that my kids love looking at, Definitely book an appointment and try them out!

My 4 kids have been patients here for about 8 years. We love Dr Garrett, but we will no longer be coming here. Today my kids had appointments at 4:10 and 4:20. It was pouring rain so we got caught in Bayside traffic. I even made my daughter walk in the rain to Falls so we wouldn’t be late but there was so much traffic I could not even pull into the parking lot we ended up going out to 96 to get in that way. I called to let them know I was going to be 5-10 minutes late because of the traffic. We walked in a 4:18 and they would not see my daughter for her 410, but took my son back at 4:26 for his 4:20 appt. So they could be 6 minutes late but 8 minutes and she would have to be rescheduled to JUNE 25TH!!! When in 8 yrs I have never been late, but we’ve waited over 30-45 minutes before to be seen. Then, my children do not receive fluoride, I had to sign a waiver and everything, due to Mitochondrial disease at the recommendation of their Neurologist. I was not told they applied fluoride even when in the exam with the dentist I mentioned again that they do not get fluoride. I saw the hygienist start whispering to the dentist, and thought it was odd. After we left my son said they applied fluoride and I said no way they no not to. But when I got home and looked at the paperwork it says they did apply fluoride. Instead of informing, they didn’t say anything. I am sad because we truly like Dr Garrett, but we will be finding a new dental office.
