Castle Dental & Orthodontics - League City, TX

Great staff. Nice clinic. Dr Cuthropia is a great dentist and is very good with his patients. Me and my family have been coming to see him since 2005. We lived away for several years and now we are back and happy we can still see our dentist. Bernadette is very experienced as the office manager and a very pleasant person.

I have been a patient of Dr Cutropia since 2012. Great dentist. The technology of diagnostic equipment has been upgraded numerous times to give better dental health care. Friendly front desk. Though the personnel may change, the quality of service has not. They have two hygienists with the first name Jennifer. Both are exceptional keeping the current condition of my teeth and gums healthy. I would highly recommend this practice.

Staff is all really friendly. But definitely an issue with time management on their side. Ive been coming to castle dental in league city for almost 3 years now. EVERY appointment i have, I am waiting in the waiting room for a MINIMUM of 30min to an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment time. It’s very aggravating and inconsiderate of everyone’s time. If i make an appointment somewhere i expect to be seen at the appointment time. I dont mind waiting 15 20 minutes but when it turns into an hour of waiting every appointment it’s ridiculous.

Jennifer is super knowledgeable, friendly, and super fast at her job. She gets you in and out quickly while still giving top notch dental cleaning. Been coming here for years and have no complaints at all.

Front desk had excellent customer service. The dentist stayed in the room with me less than 2 minutes looking at the X-rays. I was a little taken back by the dentist telling me I had no dental issues and his assistant having to point out about a crowning I need. I had t remind the hygienist she was missing areas when cleaning my teeth and wasn't offered any aftercare products as most dentist offices gives to their patients. I'm feeling a little uneasy about having anything done there.

I got my teeth cleaned and it was great. They started on time and it was a pleasant experience. I have seen the same person named Jennifer the last four years. I’m very pleased with the services provided. They are always friendly and explain everything and get permission before any work is done.

Been a patient here for about 10 years. Staff is great, from reception to the hygienists to the dentist. Sometimes wait time has been lengthy but that's fairly typical anywhere you go, which is why I schedule early, and that's for any medical office. Today, in and out in less than an hour. Overall, very pleased with this dental office and would recommend.
