This whole office is a circus. I waited an hour for a five minute visit. I was already aggravated, but I was calm and collected. I wasn't rude, or acted mean. The root of my tooth is exposed, with an abcess sitting on top. Im in a lot of pain. I asked for pain management. This guy tells me to be some Orajel and just ignored me. I sat in the car for a minute to think things over. I didnt want to act on emotion. I thought, if this is the kind of empathy this dentist has for his patience then I can only imagine what he does for pain under the drill. I said nope, walked in a cancel my appointment. Ain't no way Im risking that. I wanted the only one aggravated with the waiting either, the other two ladies were frustrated as well. Over booking patience and making them wait so he can make some money. No stay far away, he doesnt care.

The entire experience from initial to procedure was TOP NOTCH. After my initial evaluation, I was scheduled for procedure 2 days after. The type of procedure normally takes multiple visits, but he was able to complete in one. I ❤️ his booking process. He DOES NOT STACK HIS APPOINTMENTS. If your slot is for 1hr. His next appointment is scheduled 15-20 after so you’re not sitting waiting. He really APPLIES THE WHOLE PERSON CONCEPT. And The Staff are EQUALLY THE SAME. Great Atmosphere. Would Highly Recommend.

Dr Sullins is kind, gentle and very experienced in dentistry. I highly recommend Dr Sullins for your next root canal. Lori at the front desk was friendly and personable. I would give them 10 stars.

I wish I could give 10 stars. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr Sullins and the whole staff. I don't do well with any dentistry procedures, but they took such great care of me. The office, itself, is a very nice and calming environment. Dr Sullins's bedside manner is top notch. If you have to go to Sullins for a root canal or any work, just know that you are in good hands. Thank you Dr Sullins and staff!

Dr. Sullins and his team are PHENOMENAL! I was extremely nervous about getting my first root canal, but the entire process was completely painless. Even post-surgery was painless. The office ambiance is relaxing and very clean. The receptionist and dental team are very friendly, polite and helpful! Dr. Sullins was very kind and very efficient! All my questions were answered and the anxiety about my visit disappeared! I wish I can give this place more stars.

I’m very disappointed in the care received. My daughter was scheduled for a pulpotomy. After the procedure she was in lots of pain. My husband called to see about making a follow up appointment, and he was told we would have to go back to her dentist, obtain a referral and then make another appointment after that is done. We are talking another 6 weeks of her being in severe pain from the work he did. Next time we will drive to OKC.

You can’t even get past the desk at this place the receptionist is quit rude . She never called she never reminded me of my appointment. I do not recommend this place.this is why they get no business.
