I wanted to share my experience with Sheppard Family Dental Clinic in a way that’s both honest and helpful for anyone considering their services. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. I came in with very sensitive teeth, which usually makes dental visits stressful for me—but the entire team went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Dr. Scott Sheppard was professional, attentive, and reassuring throughout the process. Ms. Hannah, Ms. Melanie, and Ms. Callie were all incredibly kind and patient, always checking in and making sure I was at ease. Even the administrative side was seamless—Ms. Leslie handled the paperwork so smoothly that everything felt easy and stress-free. The clinic itself has a unique charm—it feels more like a cozy countryside vintage home than a dental office. It’s clean, welcoming, and very comfortable. Whoever chose the name "Sheppard Family" truly got it right—they make you feel like part of the family. Even though dental visits can be quite frightening for many of us, this place changes that completely. If you’re looking for beautiful teeth in a relaxed and enjoyable environment, this is the place to go 🙂

I just came in today. The place is warm and it makes you feel at home. I was seen by Dr Scott, he is very thorough and explains my options and treatment really well. His assistant is very good with her job too. Everyone is polite and kind. Can’t wait to bring my baby in for his future dental checks. 101% i’d recommend!

A special thank you to Hannah, the dental assistant, who was absolutely amazing during my appointment. She was so attentive, caring, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. What truly stands out about this office is how genuinely caring everyone is. Anytime I’ve had a concern, they’ve always taken the time to help and make sure everything is taken care of. Insurance claims are filed expediently and great care is taken to ensure that the cost of all recommended services is communicated up front. Sheppard Family Dental Care office truly honors and put into practice the word family. Since day one, when I called with concerns about my daughter’s baby teeth, they scheduled her right away for next day. During our first visit they explained everything so clearly and confidently as true professionals do. What I liked most about Dr. Cindy and Dr. Scott and their staff is their commitment to quality care and patient satisfaction. THEY ARE AMAZING!

The people working there treat each other like family!! They are all very friendly and talk with you not to you!! They let you know cost ahead of time,so there are no surprises! They always remind me about taking my prophylaxis antibiotics due to a total knee replacement. And surprisingly, the Dr.( Dr. Scott), gives you a call in the evening, checking up on how you are doing! WHO DOES THAT ANYMORE!! I ABSOLUTELY Love them!
