Staff was very good. Personable and professional. My only criticism is that 20 minutes after our scheduled time we went to the front desk and asked how much longer. They said a few more minutes and someone got us quickly and then apologized. I wish they would have said something earlier that they were running late. Other than that, every was fine. Dr. Park is very professional and knows his stuff !!

I cannot say enough good things about Summerhill Dental. The Staff there was very friendly, Professional, And comforting. The dentist did awesome work. I had to have a crown I thought it was going to be very painful, but it was not. I can’t even tell which one is a crown. It matches my teeth so perfectly, thank you Summerhill dental!

I am a senior existing on only social security. My one biggest fear is living out my final years without enjoying the ability to eat the foods I love. I selected Dr Allen because of her reputation and rave reviews by my periodontist. She was warm, empathetic, highly knowledgeable, and truly filled me with confidence. Dr. Allen is one of the best dentists I have had. She is patient, attentive and makes you feel comfortable. Going to the dentist is not always fun and I have had dentists in the past that make you feel uncomfortable and Dr Allen is the opposite. I appreciate her and her staff which include Sue the office manager, Christy & Shae her dental assistants. They are a great team. I highly recommend SummerHills Dental.

Who hates the Dentist Office 👀 Me! But Summerhills Dental proved me wrong today! I moved here 3 years ago from East Coast, and I have never had a positive experience at the dentist….until today! I haven’t had a cleaning since the year before COVID and I was extremely embarrassed to go to dentist now, however I knew I couldn’t put off any longer. From the moment I walked in everyone was amazing!!!! Dr. Allen came up to the front and greeted me when I came in. I was treated so well by Sue and Maribel on my arrival. Then Evie took me back for X-rays and what a joy she is! Then Dr. Chi came to work on me and do my exam, then Maribel came back to assist - they made me feel secure, calm, with no judgment on the bad shape I was in considering how long I’ve gone without my routine cleanings 🥴 Dr. Chi was extremely patient and kind, I honestly couldn’t thank him enough. Then came the treatment plan and cost; as my insurance is not covering everything. I was about to panic and then came Maribel to the rescue! Maribel introduced me to a credit that is easy approval and gives monthly payments without interest. However, the monthly payment was more then I can handle at this time so her and Sue got to work and started breaking things down a bit for me so that I could take it one step at a time. Maribel calmed my nerves by showing me what I should take care of first due to the bone loss that Dr. Chi pointed out, and what was important now and what could wait until later when I have new insurance again. I felt very much at ease when I left there, and happy to know I found a great office team that understands my current life situation and what I can financially do and what I’m unable to do. I can’t say good enough things about them. I’ve never had a Dentist who is gentle and kind (usually more passive aggressive with no patience is what I’ve experienced)…nor have I ever experienced an office team at this caliber. Next week I go back for my appointment, and I honestly look forward to seeing them next week! Big Thank You 🙏
