Waoo,waoo.verdaderamente me sorprendieron el personal es eficiente y amable .yo no entiendo las otras reseñas .pero con migo tienen un ,10, y la asistente dental tremenda profesional. Ella habla español y te explica al detalle lo que va haser es extremadamente amable .esta clinica la recomiendo 100% .

I went in March for a cleaning never did cleaning, they did a treatment plan. Charged me for my routine appointment but did nothing! Sent to plan to insurance for approval. I never hear back. I contacted my insurance and they had sent the approval back in March. I called to ask what happened and they said the corporate office didn't contact them. I asked well im your patient why didn't anyone follow up? She stated that she didn't know the patient usually follows up? Then tried to schedule mre for a June appointment? After I waited for almost 3 months already! I asked to speak with the general manager and to get a call back. This was Friday 5/8/2026. I got a letter in the mail stating they can no longer providedental services to me? What services they did absolutely nothing at all! What a joke I am so ready to let everyone know to dont go to any of these now cookie cutter bright now dental Castle 1st Dental Care, P.A. or Dental and Dentistry of Sarosota! This place is horrible please save yourself stress and money find another Dental group! If there was a negative start believe me that would be their rating. And I am reporting them to the BBB for their behavior. Dr. Park is rude and extremely negative!

From the moment I booked my appointment until I completed my appointment, I could not have hand picked a better group of individuals to assist me in getting back on track with fixing my teeth, especially why I was there, the broken crown. Dr Park was gentle yet very thorough and I have every confidence in her and the staff that all the work on my teeth we have discussed will give me my smile back , be able to eat, and free of pain. Thank you

First time here oh ...so friendly and caring. My Doctor (women) was awesome and fixed a tooth that I have been flosing alot. She said I had a small cavity. Fixed it and feels so much better. I just went in for a cleaning. The front desk staff is so accommodating. Thank you...see u in May for 6 month check up. P S they took my insurance 👍

I have been doing my cleaning and x-rays there for years. Even with my free cleaning and x-rays covered by my insurance, they always pushed some extra cleaning and fluor that cost me extra $200. I always agreed. They recommended me to do root canals in 2 teeth. I had to go to another office because this service was not even done in the same office. I found much better prices in other offices and/or over seas; so, I certainly took care of business elsewhere. This month, after my last cleaning at BrightNow, in Largo, the doctor was upset because I was not treating everything with their office, so they decided to send me this friendly letter 🙂 I usually don't bother to post reviews for little things, but this one was too much 🙂 Upset and banning me from being treated by their marvelous services. LOL. I had to share this one.
