Had two pulpectomys & an extraction today. Dr. Skiadas went above and beyond. He made sure I was 100% comfortable during the entire thing. I’m not joking you when I say I felt NO PAIN. A pain free extraction! Never heard of that. He even numbed the area he used the needle in. I didn’t even know he did it until after! I felt nothing at all. This was an entire PAIN FREE APPOINTMENT. His work is just as good as his caring and social skills. 1000000% recommend. He also cares about your personal life and the deadlines of your treatment. He was super fast sending my info to the insurance provider and making sure everything went well, even took extra X-rays my pay appointment to make sure what I needed was approved. The best all around.

I wanted to transfer to Smilebuilderz due to moving to the area. I made my appointment and explained that I am pregnant and looking to get a cleaning. They asked for a signed not from my doctor saying it was ok and nothing else. I had to wait an extra hour before getting taken into my appointment. Then the dentist looked over my teeth and said we could schedule a cleaning after I had X-rays or my old dentist records. I was very upset with the lack of service and professionalism. I explained I could have my old dentist transfer the records. All I wanted was a cleaning and I had to wait and pay for services I didn't want. Whoever books the appointments need to tell the patients everything they need.

"Hi, welcome to PROFIT BUILDERZ" is how you should be greeted. I did receive a very thorough examination, with x-rays, all in an effort to numb you for what's about to happen to you. After 2 hours, I was brought back to the appointment setter (CLOSER), who indicated the tooth cleaning would be done in two appointments, total would be almost $560!!! This is slightly more than their advertised rate of $77. I declined to spend that kind of money for a cleaning. My guess is they will refuse to release the x-rays to my regular family dentist. The free oral exam, x-rays are built into the price of the overcharges for any work performed. I would strongly urge you to go to any other established dentist for any dental work you may be considering.

I have had nothing but horrible experiences at this place. First, they never take you on time and then the hygienists are not gentle at all. There is a push for the dentists to recommend unnecessary things. I had them do a crown only to have them then recommend a few years later to remove the crown and do a root canal on the tooth because "something got underneath the crown and caused an infection". Of course, they take no responsibility for doing a poor job of creating the crown to begin with! I've also had them suggest fillings, while agreeing that at this time, there is no cavity present. If you have any choice in your dental care, go anywhere but here!

I had an appointment earlier today and it went wonderfully. He was the first Dentist to actually talk about options. He showed me X-rays and explained everything to me. Very kind, professional and seemed to genuinely care. I have a few upcoming procedures with him, so I will update the review then. So far so good☺️ Thank you Dr. Skiadas! 10/10 highly recommended
