I highly recommend Dr. Potter & his knowledgable staff. I needed a lot of work. Another dentist tried twice to have the work approved... it was a full year without progress. Dr. Potter developed a plan and Ashley got the insurance approval squared up right away! It wasn't all easy but his attentiveness and skill has been so appreciated! I have chronic neck and back issues and he has gone the extra mile to ensure my comfort and divided up the visits to accommodate my needs. Thank you so much Hampden Ave Dental!

I will never come back to this dental office ever again. Six months ago, I came here for the first time. If I remember right, the office did seem nice. But the staff just does not seem to know what they are doing. The assistant there seemed rushed and kept having to go back and forth. She seemed forgetful. The dentist was really trying to pinch every penny out of my wallet. For the first time ever, I needed deep cleanings and a lot of fillings. I have not come back since then. I went to a different dental office in Littleton last week and the experience was much better. The office was nicer and welcoming. More importantly, the doctor there agreed that I did not need fillings and a deep cleaning. I knew it too because I have not had a filling done since high school. I am writing this bad review because they reminded me that my regular check up is due. They won't be seeing me again.

Had Dr Potter fix quite a few issues with various teeth thus far and has done a fantastic job. He recently repair some old fillings in my front teeth and they came out looking really good. Staff is always friendly and Dr Potter explains everything very well and is happy to address any concerns you have. Will be recommending to others!

Dr. Potter and the hygienist cleaned my teeth very thoroughly, and he restored a pesky crown that another dentist had tried to restore, but couldn't. Until I found Dr. Potter, I walked around w/an uncomfortable, misaligned bite that caused the crown to fall out. I am grateful I found Dr. Potter in my network. His work is meticulous, and his personable professionalism put me at ease as did his wonderful staff.

I really like/enjoy this practice! Dr. Potter is great, so is Ashley and the staff. I came in to get a lot of work done on a time limit and Dr. Potter totally understood and helped me out with some major work, communicated very well w me and overstood the assignment. Even after, any issue or concern I had, he addressed and even called me on an off day to help me out with some suggestions w sensitivity! Those tips all have also helped tremendously. I would recommend this office 1000% percent. Side note you really don’t even need headphones for your appointment, the office playlist is pretty legit and will ease any hesitation you may have! Just all in all, happy to have found this office.

I love Dr. Potter he is such a beautiful soul he treats you like family as soon as you meet him i highly recommend this place there whole staff are very nice people they make yoy feel at home as soon as you walk in the door and such a great knowledge dentist what a blessing

I cannot recommend anybody to visit this office and get their dental cleanings and fillings here. A few months ago, my daughter visited this office because they were in network with her insurance. At first, everybody here was nice and the office was welcoming. Dr Potter, the dentist there, recommended her to have a few fillings because he said she has cavities. Ever since she got her fillings done by him, she has been getting major toothaches. It hurts when she bites or it would hurt by itself. She came in to get her fillings shaved a little to make her bite more gentle. Dr Potter and Ashley (the manager there) reassured her that the pain will go away because "these things happen" or "its normal" but she is still in pain. They were just wrong I had her see my local dentist to see what was wrong. One X ray tells a whole story. Dr Potter recommended this one filling to be redone because he said there is a cavity underneath. If you take a look at this X-ray, not only did Dr Potter fail to remove the whole filling, there was no cavity underneath the filling. He left a hole in the tooth. My dentist said she needed two of her fillings to be redone. Ever since my dentist fixed the problem by replacing her bad fillings, her problems suddenly went away. To add insult to injury, I had to pay her fillings out of my own pocket because those fillings were already "done" by Dr Pootter Everybody, please get your teeth fixed somewhere else
