My experience was more than great here. I needed to establish new patient care after relocating to IN. At registration I was having a difficult time getting registered and having to self pay was made easy to understand with the help of MaryRuth at the front desk she was awesome a big help and very patient with me ultimately helping me to get signed in and able to see the Dr. Once I was able to see the Dr I was impressed by FNP Kaitlyn Gilbert’s bed side manner she made me feel comfortable and was very kind and understanding my medical needs. There is a pharmacy onsite which is a big plus and I have become a patient looking forward to having all of my medical care taken care of at this location in Lake Station IN. Thank you all from front to back office.

Dental Hygienist (Tatyana) did a great job. Was very nice, friendly, patient, and educational about all questions I had. I would recommend her and the office to anyone. I was taken back on time for my appointment, didn’t feel rushed and got done in a timely manner!

I love Dr. Thimothy, She is kind, thoughtful, and vet thorough. She is very good at her job and made me comfortable during the exam. She identified an issue and was willing to get me in ASAP to make sure the issue could be resolved while willing to work around my other doctor appt.
