So far I’ve been taking care of really well at this dentist office. It’s not easy to get in on the hygiene side but that’s expected in busy dental offices . However when I did get in, the hygienist was very kind and gentle. She explained everything she was doing and what type of cleaning I needed. She didn’t rush and was very easy to feel comfortable around. My Dr also broke down all the treatment I needed and why I needed the treatment. On treatment day I got two crowns and he was as gentle as the tools allowed him to be. Checked on me during the procedure. To say I had two crowns done the procedure didn’t take long. I also like that the crowns are made in house so I leave the same day with them. I also got my wisdom teeth removed which was also a great experience. Every staff that I’ve come across make sure they explained all procedures and possibilities and outcomes. When I walk in I’m greeted by the front desk and dental assistants. They were very nice to me. Gave me follow up calls, explained my treatment plan and prices. Dentist offices are scary for a lot of people and they made me feel secure in their care.

Ms Rosaline, Dr Lukas, Isabella…. And I wish I had written the other ladies names down that were my hero’s Friday! I walked in without an appointment, having just had the worst experience down the road at an office I won’t name. The office was so full, and Ms Rosaline was beyond busy. Checking patients in, running insurance…. Answering the phone. I was desperate. They fit me in and I left with a beautiful permanent crown. The staff here are top tier. I will absolutely be a returning patient. They took a horrible moment and turned it around for me. Besides the fact that they did beautiful work…. They showed such kindness and made me feel at ease. Beautiful place. Thank you so much!

Excellent care! Everyone was kind, polite and completely professional. Freely offered smiles and laughs. Especially my highest rating goes to my hygienist Jill. I can’t thank this office enough for the excellent care I received.

My daughter had 2 wisdom teeth removed. Dr McGee and the entire team (including office staff) were amazing. The office staff were friendly and explained all financial costs clearly. The surgical staff were phenomenal at calming my daughter prior to surgery along with providing clear post op instructions. I highly recommend Dentists of Lake Charles. Great staff and clean facility!
