La atención dela señora que hace la limpieza muy linda pero realmente quedé decepcionado descaradamente considero que fue un robo porque cuando inicié el tratamiento me explicaron que lo que pagué incluía todo el tratamiento y ala hora que voy ala siguiente cita me salen cobrando descaradamente le roban ala gente al no darle una buena información la verdad jamás volvería a ese lugar 😡😡😡

Everyone at Aspen was awesome! I hate the dentist, and I’m so thankful my first visit in a decade went so smoothly. I was kept informed about each step of the appointment and what it would entail, which really helped my anxiety. I got overwhelmed and started tearing up at one point (they had some not-so-great news about my bone health), and everyone was so kind and supportive. There’s so much shame associated with dental stuff, but every staff member I interacted with helped dispel that. The payment process was also very well-explained, since I have some pretty extensive treatment to look forward to. Overall, I feel confident that the doctors and staff at Aspen will take care of me every step of the way.

Stay away from the insurance woman named Ms. Candy. Once she sees you have insurance, she will hoodwink you into an outrageous amount of expensive procedures with absolutely no clear evidence of what you’re actually paying for. Example: "You need a comprehensive plan to restore your complete smile…" — all while sliding over a $9,600 treatment plan full of questionable charges. Then comes the breakdown: $2,900 your insurance pays, $3,300 "discounted," and to have your tooth extracted — which the doctor already said could be done today — they suddenly require $2,799 upfront. But hold on — I was only scheduled for an extraction. Ms. Candy insists that despite the doctor clearly stating the tooth needs to come out today, they will not proceed unless I pay thousands upfront. Meanwhile, the actual extraction costs $144 and is 100% covered by insurance. So I left — still in pain. To be clear: the receptionist staff were excellent, the X-ray team was professional, and the doctor was helpful and straightforward in explaining that the tooth could not be saved and needed removal. The only issue was the financial office. Because of that experience, I strongly advise caution when dealing with Aspen Dental. This felt like prioritizing financial gain over patient care.

What a very pleasant surprise. I admit I am a terrible dental patient however Ty was so awesome! Very warm and welcoming, great listener and communicator, understood and addressed all my concerns, very understanding when I had to rest during the exrays. I cant say enough how calming he can be. Dr. Huang is also a great listener and communicator, very thorough, he explained what the next course of treatment would be; he reassured me my issues needed to be addressed and it wasnt as bad as I thought. I am so impressed with the customer service, empathy and care from Ty and Dr. Huang, I highly recommend Aspen Dental.

Everyone was so nice from the greeting and also the dentist herself was absolutely great. She handled me with care. I would definitely come back and recommend others.

Wonderful Staff both Mr. Ty and Dr. Guillory as well as the rest of the staff were extremely professional, courteous and kind. Explained everything in great detail to someone who hasn’t seen the inside of the dental office in 10+ years. Made the entire experience enjoyable as it could have been.

I have been having a long dental journey for 8 almost 9 years now and no dentist has wanted to help me. I’m talking they literally turned me away as soon as I sat in their chair and opened my mouth! But not Aspen Dental they promised to help me and never made me feel bad for my teeth like all the others! And that’s just what they are doing on the 29th!! THEY ARE GIVING ME THE SMILE OF MY DREAMS!! People who say a smile can’t affect you are so wrong!! For years I have been depressed over my teeth!! They are giving this girl a new outlook on life!!! Forever grateful for them!! Best team ❤️
