This is a long overdue review... Prior to seeing Dr Carstairs I was in the middle of moving to this area and trying to get an appointment from my former dentist because I had sharp pains coming from my back molar. Well, I moved and never was able to see my former dentist. Frantically I searched for a dentist by reading all the reviews online. I made an appointment and have not been disappointed. Dr Carstairs is professional, caring, and thorough. He answers all your questions and explains WHY. In addition, the entire staff is just a professional and caring as he is.

I have been looking for a dentist in the area for a while. Dr. Carstairs came highly recommended and had good online reviews. I was not disappointed. Very personable, thorough, not rushed. Answered my questions. His entire staff is very kind and caring and did not try to upsell me on other treatments that I didn't need. This is not a dental factory, this is a practice that is providing competent dental care and not taking advantage of the patient. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

My first time going, everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Had my teeth cleaned and it didn’t take two days!! Next had X-rays taken, Doctor Carstairs went over them in detail with me , did a mouth cancer check , he is very thorough. I made a follow up appointment . I finally found a dentist that I like and trust.

A joy to visit. Terrific dentist, very hands on and carefully explains all steps. Nothing is a mystery. All staff encounters were warm, friendly and professional.

Dental treatment, always makes me nervous. Before my dental visit was over. Dental treatment, Was no longer scary! Truly believe seeing with my own eyes. My teeth enlarged with pictures & X-rays. On a big screen was proof. Making me see what's actually happening inside my mouth. Thank you Dr. Carstairs for taking the time.
