I was told I needed braces when I was 15, but I never felt comfortable with anyone I had consultations with, until Caleo Bay. I'm glad I waited until now. Dr. Pham and his staff are amazing. I'd like to add I'm a SAHM and my girls go where I go always, and the office is always very welcoming of my girls. I highly recommend Caleo Bay!

This orthodontics office is amazing from start to finish. The team is professional, friendly, and really dedicated to their patients. The doctor explains treatment clearly and makes sure I feel confident about my progress. The office is always clean and organized, and appointments are quick but thorough. I’ve had such a positive experience here and would recommend them to anyone looking to improve their smile!

Very professional and clean space with welcoming and kind technicians and receptionist. At times I found the dentist to be unwelcoming. Essentially, waiting for me to stop talking to over explain something I had shown in my question or comment that I already understood. His responses felt like I was being steamrolled with an answer, or that I was silly for asking this question or having this concern. Not the best feeling. Teeth look great, it was sort of worth it.

They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you feel comfortable with your treatment. The office is very clean and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. I was hesitant to get orthodontic work done again because I didn’t want to have braces for the second time. The Orthodontist Dr. Pham made it easy to get Invisalign. He is a perfectionist and it is easy to tell that he cares about his patients, their smiles, and his employees. The Staff The staff is very nice and funny; they get the job done well and quickly. Beni sits at the front desk and does a lot of things. She is incredibly nice and will answer any questions you may have about payments, insurance, appointments, etc. Making an appointment is super easy. The office uses text reminders for appointments and for other items. The Office The office is very nice. They have an iPad to check in to when you arrive for your appointment and an iPad for kids to play games on as well. There are benches available while people get their teeth worked on which works nicely for parents or for small children. I would highly recommend anyone to come here for orthodontic work. Dr Pham is very helpful, knowledgeable and good at explaining things thoroughly. My son was recommend by his dentist for braces. Once my son got his braces I decided to get invisalign. I would definitely recommend Dr Pham to anyone.
