Manson & Chi Dentistry

Had a fantastic experience at Manson & Chi Dentistry! My lower front bridge came out excellent. Aura (Lead Dental Assistant) did such an amazing job with the temporary bridge that I honestly forgot I even had one. Dr. David Chi was awesome throughout the entire process and made everything smooth and comfortable. The office staff were all very welcoming and explained every step along the way. Highly recommend!

I tripped and fell early one morning, chipping my two front teeth. I was in my dentist office within two hours. I was checked for additional injuries, and set up for temporary and permanent crowns. Fifteen days later I had my permanent crowns completed. The coloring matched my other teeth perfectly, and they felt so good (normal). The process was explained to me, step by step, and also everyone was very patient, even though it is a very busy time of year for dentists. You can see the before and after photos below. I am very pleased with the results.

I rarely write letters of commendation, but every so often there is something so extraordinary that I feel it necessary to do so. I have a long history in the medical profession; now retired. I am currently a patient at the Manson & Chi Dental practice in Kirkland. I know and understand when I see an exceptional practice and this dental practice is absolutely one of the best run and managed practices I’ve ever seen. The practice location is easily accessible, the facility is both relatively new and surgically clean, the reception team is extraordinarily kind, polite and efficient, dental assistant staff are similarly first class, and the dentists themselves are uniquely outstanding. I have spoken to other patients who share the same thoughts and feelings as I do regarding this practice. As such, I must give this practice my highest recommendation and acknowledgement.

Came in as a new patient for an emergency appointment. Dr. Manson and his staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I walked through the door. They had great communication and let me know the wait would be a bit longer due to some staffing shortages. Once I was brought back to the examination area I was again offered varying comfort items (water, blanket, etc) while I waited. They really cared about managing my pain, and although I wasn't scheduled for an extraction (and they didn't necessarily have room on the books) they squeezed me in for an emergency tooth extraction. I was offered different levels of sedation had I wanted it. All in all the procedure was relatively quick, painless and at least HALF the cost of an extraction and bone graft I had done elsewhere a year ago. I have already set up an appointment to become a regular client!

The entire team at Manson & Chi is incredible! The scheduling staff are quick with offering appointments in preferred times when they open up. Helen, the hygienist, is fabulous and so detailed! Dr. Chi is compassionate and personable. Highly recommend this spot for their professionalism and high quality care.

I had a great experience at Manson & Chi Dentistry. I came in for a general checkup and cleaning. I also had a few fillings done and my retainers removed. Everything went smoothly. The cleaning with AirFlow was especially impressive. After the procedure, my teeth looked noticeably brighter. The team was professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly. I'm very satisfied with the care I received and would definitely recommend this office. Thank you!

I never do reviews. But, I have to say I had a great experience. Like 11/10 everyone was super kind, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. Hellen cleaned my teeth and I didn’t feel any pain during or afterwards. I was super comfortable which is weird to say about a dentist experience. I also felt like I was given thorough advice and explanations on everything. My consultation at the end with Jessica and David was also really fun. They not only explained everything and gave their expert opinion but were hilarious and really kind. Jessica is the best she deserves a raise!! Since it was my first time visit they also gave me an electric tooth brush for free. That was extremely generous and I am truly thankful. It seems to me they really care about their patients after they leave. Genuine people who care. Anyways, I’m really grateful. Definitely coming back. Thank you guys!!!!
