I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Convey and the entire team. I came in with a complex infection following a previous root canal, and I couldn't have asked for better care. ​Dr. Convey is incredibly kind and empathetic. He explained my condition with such clarity and genuine concern that I immediately felt at ease despite the stressful situation. When it was determined that I needed an extraction, he didn't just give me a diagnosis—the office actually made the phone calls for me to coordinate with an oral surgeon to ensure I was taken care of right away. ​I also want to give a huge thank you to the front desk. My dental insurance is through a smaller provider and is notoriously difficult to get hold of, but she was so patient and worked tirelessly to navigate the situation for me. ​This office truly goes above and beyond for their patients. If you are looking for a skilled endodontist who provides top-tier clinical care with a supportive, professional staff, I highly recommend Dr. Convey!

While root canal procedures are definitely not fun, Dr. Conway, his Assistant and the receptionist made it a good experience. All of them were very supportive of an anxious patient. Dr. Conway's explanations of the procedure were excellent and the procedure itself went smoothly. There has been no post procedure pain. I highly recommend Lake Washington Endodontics.

I was referred here for a root canal by my dentist and I am so thankful... this team is The Best. I was pretty anxious about the procedure but Dr. Convey and his team were so kind and patient, even taking the time to draw out what the procedure would look like on the screen beforehand. It was an absolutely painless experience and my tooth is healing nicely. I can't recommend this office enough!

I had a great experience at Lake Washington Endodontics. The front desk staff was super helpful through the entire process (estimating, working with insurance, scheduling, etc.) and Dr. Convey (and team) had great bedside manner. I had all of the common fears and concerns of having my first root canal. It was much better than expected--I literally fell asleep during the procedure and had limited pain after. Thanks for a making the experience great!

If I could give Dr. Convey and his assistant more than 5 stars, I would. I was referred to his office by my general due to a root canal that needed to be redone. My dentist could not do it. So many good things to say: 1. Loved the online registration 2. His assistant made me feel 100% comfortable as soon as I entered the office - right on time 3. State of the art equipment 4. Dr. Convey was wonderful, friendly, thorough in his explanation with what happened for me to experience the pains I'm having and thorough on his explanation how he can correct it 5. Felt no pain whatsoever from start to finish and he constantly checked on me to make sure I was ok. I felt no pain at all that I fell asleep in and out while they worked on me...such a comfortable environment. 6. After the procedure, he went over what I may feel and expect for the next 24-48 hours - clear and concise. I cannot recommend this office enough if you must have a root canal!! I highly recommend Dr Convey! I had severe pain in a molar and on Dec 23 his office opened an appointment for me to come in. The root canal procedure lasted less than an hour and was painless. I also had minimal discomfort after the procedure. Dr Convey made me feel comfortable and I was extremely satisfied by his high level of professionalism and human touch Follow-up: About a month later, my regular dentist said he did a great job.

Dr. Gavin J. Convey is a young professional, with a fun Irish accent. His office was nice, his staff and assistants were sweet, knowledgeable and accommodating—and his equipment was state of the art. My personal dentist referred me to Dr. Convey for a root canal, telling me that she’d had excellent feedback about him. I'm a bit of a white-knuckle patient, so I was not looking forward to having the procedure. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was quick, painless and even (a little bit) relaxing. I was given ibuprofen before I left the office, which was all I needed. I did not have residual pain after the procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Convey at Lake Washington Endodontics!
