Eh estrado leyendo los comentario y miro que usted da las gracias y lamenta los malas experiencias pero no creo que eso sea solo lamentar tienen que proceder al cambio con sentirlo no es suficiente al menos en mi caso no hicieron nada no disculpas y cada que acudo a la cita voy con temor pensando con que me voy a topar, espero terminar mi tratamiento q va muy avanzado es por eso q no mee cambiado de clínica pero retirarme definitivamente

I recently visited Willamette Dental, and it was truly an outstanding experience. I’ve always been very nervous about getting fillings, but this visit completely changed that for me. Kate administered the numbing, and I honestly didn’t feel a thing—she was amazing. Dr. Patil handled my filling, and she was incredibly gentle and professional, which made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I also want to highlight Tori, the dental assistant, who provided exceptional customer service. She was attentive, kind, and made sure I felt at ease the whole time. The next day, I returned for my annual check-up, and Nhi, the hygienist, was fantastic. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions, which I really appreciated. I left feeling well-informed and confident about my dental health. Overall, I had two excellent visits at the Ken Willamette Dental location. The entire team made me feel comfortable, cared for, and valued. Highly recommend!

I canceled our insurance with them and switched to a new one. Now that I’ve visited a new dentist with my new insurance, I’ve discovered that I had three teeth that should have been treated years ago — but they never did anything. I now have six dental appointments scheduled to fix the damage, and my daughter has four teeth that were neglected for a long time, so she also needs four sessions. And yet every single year I came here for check-ups, they told me everything was "perfect" and sent me home. For years I paid them every month, and they didn’t show even a moment of real care or customer service. All they think about is avoiding any cost that might come from actually treating your teeth. It breaks my heart to think about the time, the appointments, and the teeth that were wasted before I realized I needed to cancel my insurance with them. I wish Google allowed zero stars, because even this one star is more than they deserve.

Communication was easily understood. I understood my options and suggestions for care of my teeth and gums going forward. I was pleased with my visit.

It’s really frustrating that I called to schedule an appointment for my kid with a cavity. I took off work, pulled my kid out of school only to be told I was at a check up and would need to come back on another day for the filling. The "check up" took all of 10 minutes for the dentist to look in my kid’s mouth and put some Fluoride on the tooth. And on top of all this the appointment for the filling is a month and a half away when I already had to wait a month for the "check up" which I thought was the appointment where we would get the cavity taken care of. Meanwhile my kid’s cavity just gets to continue worsening. Our family has been patients at Willamette for 10+ years but this may have been my breaking point and I’ll likely be looking elsewhere when I can switch insurance in the fall.

The dental team including the hygienists and the dentist are always fantastic. I've been coming here for about 20 years now (my entire family) even though we could have a different dental provider if we chose to. But we have been extremely happy with Willamette dental. However, Samantha at the front desk was condescending, rude and extremely unprofessional. I'm shocked that she is the face of the Kent clinic. Laurel was fantastic.

It seems very cost driven as opposed to treatment driven. I’ve been treated here for ongoing gum issues over many months. The cleanings often involve work under the gums and are extremely painful. I get nervouse and dread coming in, I’ve clearly said it hurts, but unless I specifically push and ask for numbing, the work just continues. Pain management and escalation seem optional unless you advocate hard for yourself. That creates a stressful and honestly unsettling experience, especially when you’re already dealing with dental anxiety. If you go here, be prepared to insist on anesthesia and advocate for yourself.
