Love Dr. Chase! All the staff and receptionists are great. They have done great work for my extensive dental issues.
Dr. Chase is awesome. He is so thorough and communicates the need so clearly and directly that I really feel I understand the what and why of my care plan. Highly recommend!
Felt welcome as a new patient! I feel like they listen to you rather than just give recommendations without even hearing you out first. They also don’t judge. They also gave my daughter who was with me, a balloon and toothbrush, she was happy! Thanks for a good first experience..
Moved to the Kent area recently and needed to find a new dentist, for more reasons than just the move, but the move was a big one. Everyone at this dental clinic has been super nice, friendly, helpful, and sincere. You can tell they really love what they do. The Dentists are super willing to explain everything they do. I've never had conversations with the staff at other dentists' office before! Only here! Glad we found this place.
Absolutely fantastic! From the Receptionist thru the whole process. I went there to get a second opinion. I was told by another dentist I was going to have to have my tooth pulled and a surgery that would put cadaver bone to build up area near my sinus cavity. Big surgery and costly. 7000.00 At Dr Degelmier office I was informed fully about all options. Surgery wasn't recommended! I saved my tooth, major surgery , time and money. Unbelievable, always get a second option and make sure one of them is at Panther Lake Dental!!
Everyone at Panther Lake Dental is so friendly and accommodating and the dentists and hygienists are great and always do a good job. They always take care of any issues thoroughly with no residual pain problems later. I highly recommend them!
The staff and dentist are phenomenal. Been going to this office for 30+ years and have no desire to ever go elsewhere.
