La supervisora es bien amable, estaba buscando una oficina donde hablan espanol y ella me ayudo en todo. Ella me explico las opciones para hacer un plan de pagos, y me enseno el costo de todo lo que necesitaba. Tambien me explico el presupuesto y lo que mas nececitaba segun el doctor.

My first impression at Kent Smile Dentistry was extremely positive. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The office was clean, organized, and ran smoothly, which immediately put me at ease. I appreciated how the team took the time to listen to my concerns and clearly explain the options available to me, helping me feel confident about creating a treatment plan that fits my needs. Michelle at the front desk was especially helpful and kind. She made the check-in process simple, answered my questions patiently, and ensured everything was handled efficiently. My appointment with Dr. Coleman was just as reassuring, professional, thorough, and attentive. I felt genuinely cared for throughout the visit. Overall, it was a very comfortable and positive experience, and I’m looking forward to continuing my care there.

My Dentist retired so I went searching for a new Dentist. I found Kent Smiles Dentistry which is somewhat close to home. There was a choice of 4 dentists. I talked with the staff and found a dentist there that was a good fit for me, his name is Brian Wen, DDS. He does great work, is friendly, kind, respectful, and you can even laugh with him. The office staff has been wonderful to work with and address any insurance questions or isses very quickly. I have already had 2 crows re-done which needed to be replaced and everything went well. I'm extremely happy with my choice.

I had broken an older crown the previous night and researched dental practice reviews for my best nearby dentistry options; I called KENT SMILES the next morning and they were able to get me in that morning and replace the failed crown within 2 hours; the office manager was very kind and helped me come up with the best way to pay; the technician was attentive, kind, personable and skilled; the doctor was as her associates and took her time to make sure the procedure went smoothly and the final product came out as the best outcome possible; thank you Chris, Reya and Dr. Coleman; you ladies made my day.

I can't express how amazing this dentist office is. Everyone from the front desk, dentist assistant and the dentist are amazing. I have anxiety when it comes to dental offices and as a result have dental neglect. I was anxious of being judged but the opposite occurred Dr. Joonil Park was so caring and professional. I appreciated how he explained everything in great detail, listened and made sure we were aligned with the plan of care. No Judgement, just great patient care. Also Dr. Wen was amazing with my daughter , he answered all her questions and spoke in a way she understood. The technology is awesome I like how they take picture of your actual teeth and show how it translates on the x-rays. Last, scheduling follow up appointment was very easy they had a variety of options and were able to get treatment started earlier than I would have expected. Just can't say enough 10/10

I came in for the advertised $59 cleaning, exam, and x-rays only to be asked to sign off on the possibility that they could charge me a few hundred dollars instead, at their discretion, if they determined the cleaning to be worth more. I felt betrayed by the advertising, and these days you can't trust dental offices (most of which are owned by profit-maximizing private equity firms).

I’m a new patient and everything was great my first day, the Dentist and team were great, friendly and professional. I felt really comfortable there. I cannot wait for my next appointment.
