Pésimo servicio, ya que no explican lo que te harán y no te tratan con cuidado 👎👎
They open at 9 am I have called 4 times since they have opened and no one answers the phone but will still charged u if u miss your appointment
My son loves them so I was trying to call to get an appointment but they never answer the phone and I've left messages but never get a call back.
Horrible care and customer service. Had to take my teen to another dentist to fix what this dentist did to her tooth. Don't even bother trying to voice your concerns and thoughts with this dentist, as he will literally get in your face and raise his voice. I have NEVER experience such unprofessionalism as we did there. The hygienist took a personal call on her cell phone in the middle of my daughters exam. Nor will they tell you what they are doing or even check with the parent if they agree to the treatment plan. Please DO NOT go to this clinic!!!
I’ve been going to Kent Hill Dental for a long time. The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. Dr. Hilal Ahmad is very experienced and knowledgeable. He truly cares for his patients.
Honestly, superior customer service, Dr. Hilal Ahmed provided me and my family the highest-quality dental care. We experienced-personalized care, and he built a warm trusting relationship with each of us. The office appears to use cutting-edge technology, we had accurate diagnoses and virtually pain-free treatments. His experience shows!
This office is so unprofessional the lady who answered the phone to schedule my appointment scheduled me on a day that they were closed I drove all the way to their office for nobody to be there. I also called multiple times to confirm my appointment nobody answered even after a couple of day of me trying to call to reschedule still no answer. I just called back and the lady answered and refused to schedule my appointment and was having an attitude because I expressed my frustration of having to run around to get an appointment I would not recommend there very rude and super unprofessional
