Dr Brandon is by far the best endodontist in the Northwest.He is very skilled at what he does and his bedside manner is pretty awesome too. The staff he has is very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this office.

1st impression in May was not impressive. This office was small and very noisy with mix dental equipments sounds, plus people were talking over each other. One guy was shouting loudly and rudely in Chinese on the phone, and to the receptionist. All of these were happening while an important(to me) paid consultation was given in the same area. Dr. Peter Yamamura apologized for the chaos around us (bad timing). Wished he had taken me into an office(a private room with a closed door), so we could have a reasonable space for a consultation, even my regular dentist had her own office to talk to me about dental plans. I e-mailed Dr. Peter plenty of questions after the consultation to help making an important decision. Both him and his book-keeper were responsive. Everything was upfront and clear. Dr. Peter answered all my questions in a professional and timely manner. That’s very rare nowadays because most people don’t have the patience to read. And usually only one question was answered when you had asked three. Just had my Root Canal Retreatment therapy done this week, it went smoothly with no pain at all. Hope a good decision makes a positive outcome.

I had 2 root canals this morning. The entire staff was so kind especially Margaret ( who can understand garbled speech better than anyone I know) and Dr. Brandon. I was asked multiple times if I was ok ( I was) and if I felt ok. I also had a root canal several years ago that Dr. Brandon and the same treatment of me, not just my tooth occurred. It’s one thing to be cared for, it’s another to be cared about which is what I felt. Hopefully I won’t need another treatment however if I do, I will definitely return to Kent Endodontics. Fool me once, shame on you. I had a bad experience with them. I was professionally referred to the establishment by a dental office for fixing #9 tooth. After the consultation that included all other exams unrelated to #9 tooth, they referred me to another dental office, plus me paying $212 (for nothing being actually done). Be careful if you are referred to this place because they’re seemingly not competent to do what they should be able to do. This 1 star review was true reflection of my experience with Kent Endodontics.

Top notch dentist! Above and beyond care, calm environment. The staff is professional, sharp, and kind. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and even pampered- a loving gift bag when you leave with chap stick, etc. I've had 2 procedures and can only say good things. My 2nd root canal was a redo from another failed root canal from my local dentist. I knew I was in good hands when I came back and they fixed it and now, no more pain! Most highly recommend. I have never written an online review before- it was that great.

I was very nervous for my first root canal. Dr Brandon Yamamura talked me through the procedure and put me at ease during the consultation. They scheduled my root canal reasonably quickly, then offered to bump up my appointment when there was a cancellation (I couldn't move up my appointment due to work but I appreciated them reaching out). The day of the procedure I felt very comfortable, partly because I was very, very numb. But the entire team was empathetic, efficient, and great at what they do. I've had next to no pain which was a pleasant surprise for a root canal. Thanks again!
