everybody is really friendly and I've only had good experiences so far. when I told them I felt the lower night guard they had made was uncomfortable compared to my previous upper night guard they had it remade it for no extra charge. I don't think people should go and expect to get things for free, and I didn't either, but it was a nice surprise.

I've done a root canal treatment over the weekend and the experience was great! Dr. Lu was very thoughtful and knew exactly what type of treatment I need. The whole procedure completed quickly without any discomfort. The service was great and I will definitely go back for later follow up and recommend this place to my family and friends.

Choice family Dentistry is a Excellent Dental office. From friendly staff , very reasonable cost, efficient and quality works of Dr. Tiffany Lu. I live in Bellevue and willing to travel to Kent for Dental services. Thank You Dr Lu.

Did a couple fillings here and they didn’t do them correct. They ‘fixed’ them but I kept having issues. Finally had to go to old dentist who is further away. They did refund my portion of the payment but it still ended up costing me a lot more out of pocket since insurance only covers the fillings once in a couple years. Not worth the pain and inconvenience. Had a okay experience with the regular cleanings but will not be returning due to the fillings fiasco.

What an a amazing place. I feel very lucky I found these people! Many of grew up afraid of the dentist and im no exception. These kind and loving people have broken that fear. They take all types of insurance and work with all levels of income. Everyone is treated with such care and you really feel welcome. They just want your teeth and mouth to be healthy! They even have a therapy dog that I just love! Never fear a dentist again!

Dr Chen is the absolute best!! I really mean it. She honestly cares and is so sweet. I have had some horrific dental experiences and she knows this and is so considerate and gentle with me. I am so grateful I found her so many years ago. Plus her staff is amazing too. I would never go anywhere else.

Today I went in for a standard cleaning and like always was treated with respect. I drive way out of my way to go to Kent to use Choice Family Dentistry. I go because my dentist is kind and competent.
