The service was great and there staff was really helpful. I have MS and I am surprise compare to other places that I have been to that the rooms was big enough for my wheelchair to get in and out. I will definitely be coming back !

The staff seemed more focused on scheduling future appointments than addressing the current visit. I scheduled a cleaning appointment at this office after seeing very positive reviews about the hygienist, but my experience turned out very disappointing. Before my cleaning appointment, I made a problem visit for tooth pain and was referred for wisdom tooth removal to another place. And, noted cavities for which I also made another appointment with them. Then, I was advised to complete X-rays by dentist during that visit so that my next appointment would be only for cleaning & was told will be quick. However, when I returned for my scheduled cleaning, the hygienist performed gum pocket measurements and the appointment turned into a consultation for deep gum cleaning. The pocket depth numbers were not explained to me (not sure if I am supposed to know this or not), and I was told that insurance would not cover a regular cleaning. I had to leave without receiving the traditional cleaning I had expected. I took time off work for two visits that ultimately became consultations, which was disappointing and such a waste of time. The lack of clarity and coordination made this a frustrating experience, and I chose to cancel all future appointments for myself and my husband.

Isabella & Dr Shah work as a good team.Every effort was made to make me comfortable as I a displaced filling was fixed. And there was no pain felt after the medicine wore off! At the reception, the kindness in Carmen's voice is unmistakable even when you just interact with her on the phone. In person she's just as kind! Yes give them a try.

This was my first visit and I was very pleased. The staff and Dr Katz were very accommodating, friendly and professional. Shane was especially sweet. Got the ball rolling right away without any problems. So far, so good. I have a number of follow ups to go through still, but I'm confident all will be well.

From the time I called to ask for a appointment I was treating very professional by Carmen. I didn't even spend any time in the waiting room. They were fast and efficient. Dr Katz was great he noticed that I was in pain and worked to get me out of pain fast. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. This is my new dentist.

Katz Family Dental is great. Everyone is so nice. Dr. Shah got me through a tooth extraction! I recently moved here and have found my new dental office that I trust.

Super Friendly staff in a relaxed office. My anxiety prevented me from getting treatment sooner. The dentists (and team) have been really accommodating & provide a non judgemental - chill vibe that I was looking for.
