I can honestly say it has been a long time since I have seen a dentist. My first call, talking to Megan is definitely what changed my attitude. She has been amazing, very personable and willing to listen to my concerns. Her spunky attitude on the phone is exactly what you get in person and it is amazing. Her personality has definitely helped ease my anxiety and I am actually very excited to get my teeth done. Doctor Roach is unreal. A professional with that down to earth, willing to listen and provide honest input with my needs at the top of his list. To have a dentist call me, to talk to me about my process is unheard of. I honestly can't recommend any other dentist. He is great. I appreciate them both. I have never experienced a dental office or staff that actually cares like these two do. Professionalism at its best. Thank you both.

This place is the best. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the friendly & welcoming Maegan, to be taken back by one of the many kind dental assistants, to seeing Dr. Roach. Never thought I would say I had an enjoyable dental experience! I can tell Dr. Roach truly cares about his patients and offers an affordable in-house program that makes those dental visits not so scary!

Dr. Roach prepped two teeth for crowns. Sam was his assistant. Both spent time carefully explaining what they would be doing and, during the entire process, showing me pictures of what was happening. At the conclusion, Sam gave me very detailed instructions on what not to eat, what not to do to my prepped teeth during the waiting period til crowns are here. I also asked Dr Roach to fit me for a mouth guard after he demonstrated just how my bite was eroding my teeth. I moved to tri-cities less than two years ago and was referred by a new friend to Three Rivers Dental a little over a year ago. Thank goodness for that friend. Dr Roach is the best, most thorough practitioner I have ever had.

I’m very grateful for everyone at Three Rivers Dental. I have been a patient here even before Dr. Roach came. The team is attentive, works together, and goes above and beyond to help even when a crisis arises that is inconvenient for their schedules. Dr Roach does an outstanding job for his patients. He is very polite and very knowledgeable. The girls that assist him do amazing also.
