Very happy with the Ellensburg clinic and the Kennewick clinic. They are both clean and all the staff seems to be extremely friendly. I ran late to kennewick, Dr. Davis still helped me and did what work could be done in the time frame they had until they closed Friday. He is kind and very considerate. He explains things and communicates with you during your procedures to let you know what is going on. I would recommend him to anyone.

i keep forgetting to post my thoughts, but they got down on removing my tooth and also they gave me a free frozen yogurt ice cream from next door, i dont know why that makes me so happy.

I would rate 5 stars if the receptionist wasnt very rude and disrespectful with me, i asked to update my information and was met with an attitude. Still ended up with incorrect info. If i come back, its only because i had to, not because i want too.

They did a really good job of having equipment prepped and getting straight to work during procedure I was painless. Awesome job and timing. Only issue was the waiting room was a little backed up so my appointment started later than it was initially supposed to start

After a couple years' gap in my dental care due to a cross-country move and the pandemic, Dr. Davis broke the news to me that I had several cavities needing attention. He seemed as dismayed as I was! He was kind and reassuring as he talked me through each spot that needed treatment as well as conscious of the cost/options---coming up with a way to treat a couple trouble-spots that wouldn't require fillings. Scheduling follow-up treatment was a breeze; the rest of the staff is as kind and friendly as he is. When I came in for my fillings I hardly felt a thing! (I'll admit I was a bit nervous as experiences with past dentists had been unpleasant.) If you're looking for dental care, you couldn't be in better hands than theirs! I recommend them to absolutely everyone.

Amazing best dentist I've ever been to, All my family switched. I look forward to my checkups/cleanings knowing I am in good hands.

Mark Stephens team is the best! They made an uncomfortable procedure very comfortable. I would recommend this team for implant surgery! They are all very patience explain everything as go.
