I had my first appointment here yesterday to establish care, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I scheduled my visit to the time I arrived, the team was incredibly friendly, timely, and consistent with communication. My dental hygienist and the dentist were both amazing! So kind, professional, and thorough. They made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The X-rays were quick and easy, and I really appreciated how they explained everything they were doing step-by-step, which helped ease any nerves. Overall, such a positive experience. I’m actually looking forward to coming back for my next appointment!

Had a consultation with Dr. McDonald and was impressed with how very kind he and his team are. What impressed me the most is that I am a complex case and rather than rushing me through he explained that he would like to spend more time looking at my X-rays and then bring me back to go over what he feels will be the best treatment plan for me. I didn’t feel rushed and he also informed me there would be no extra charge for that which was impressive. I felt very comfortable with him and his assistant.

This has been the best dental experience I’ve ever had. They responded to my inquiry extremely quickly and were able to schedule me before the end of the year. Every staff member has been friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. Both hygienists, Heather and Maddy, made me feel very comfortable, and they — along with Dr. Spavor — answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained everything they were doing. As someone who has had a lot of dental work, I highly recommend Woods Lake!

Had 3 cavities filled and it was quick and painless. The Dentist (Dr. Jordan Spaver) and assistant (Heather) made sure I was comfortable at all times and ensured I knew what to expect for the fillings. I was impressed at how well they both worked together. The assistant knew what the doctor needed before he even asked. I also woke up with no pain or issues the next day. The front desk staff is always so kind as well. Highly recommend!

Both the hygienist and dentist were great They were considerate, thorough and moved things right along. My teeth were not blessed with good genetics, so they had to work with a full range of services. This is a highly professional office.

Amber was able to schedule me within days of my initial call, which was greatly appreciated. Amaya and Dr. McDonald were thorough, professional, and took the time to clearly answer all of my questions. Dr. McDonald was gentle, knowledgeable, and attentive, which helped ease my anxiety and made me feel confident in the care I was receiving.
