This was the best dental experience I've ever had (and I was here for a root canal). Dr. McLaughlin was kind, patient, and explained everything to me in an easy-to-understand way. His staff was phenomenal, too. I was instantly put at ease and I felt very well taken care of. I wish Dr. McLaughlin could teach his wonderful bedside manner to other dentists. Highly recommended.

10 stars if I could! Place is a very warm and friendly environment you feel relaxed even in the waiting room! Everyone is super nice I really enjoyed having Dr. John Thomas and his dental assistant Tara work on me today. I had a root canal done I have severe anxiety my mouth was shaking when they took the x ray BUT with their people skills and assurance I relaxed and did great! Procedure only took half an hour too. Their prices are fair which is important to me because I don’t have dental insurance. I highly recommend this place especially Dr. Thomas because you are definently in good hands.

I do not recommend this office. I would encourage anyone looking for endodontic care to avoid this office. I had an apicoectomy which is a brutal treatment. The follow up care was poor to say the least. I continue to have issues, and there is no support. I would recommend finding an office with more empathy and follow up care. They take your money, without and support. It’s too much. Avoid this office.

My young daughter needed a root canal after she broke her tooth. Dr. Thomas and Sarah were so kind and did a great job explaining the process to my daughter in a way that she could understand and put her nerves at ease. She also loves her keepsake sunglasses and prizes. Highly recommend Dr. Thomas and his staff for any services they provide. They really made a root canal as enjoyable a process as it could be!

Great people great atmosphere, Cute furniture, all around great vibe. They gave me free warm water to sip on while I wait and also offered me a blanket if I was cold. That’s pretty cool huh?

The staff is outstanding! They made me feel comfortable under stressful times. Danielle and Cris explained everything to me very thoroughly but Dr. Thomas was the best. He took the time to let me know what had happened and what was going to happen. It was a huge relief when everything went exactly as planned. The entire team was so very friendly and compassionate from beginning to end. THANK YOU!

Went in for a retreat of a root canal. Dr. Thomas quickly found the issue, and I was in the next week to get it fixed. Kind, professional, and swift service. The office was beautiful and welcoming, the assistants were warm and knowledgeable. I felt relief in my tooth immediately. This was a great experience! Payment up front is required, but they give a form to mail to insurance.
