I can’t speak to the actual quality of the dental care, as I haven’t been able to get an appointment yet. My experience with their scheduling process, however, has been very frustrating. I originally booked a cleaning appointment five months out. Two weeks before the date, I received a call while at work asking to reschedule the appointment because the dentist would be out of the office. Since I was in the middle of an important task, I asked them to text me the available options so I could call back shortly. They offered two slots: one the following week and another two months after my original appointment date.There was only about a 20-minute window between receiving the text and returning the call, but by the time I got through, they told me the earlier slot had been taken just two minutes prior. As a result, I’m now pushed back an additional two months. I don’t appreciate being jerked around over something as basic as scheduling. These repeated issues make me concerned about the reliability of their overall service. The dentist and hygienists may be excellent, but the scheduling has been a major headache.

I moved to michigan a few years ago, found this place and my entire family started going here. It was great, they took my insurance and everything was good. At the beginning of 2025 I got a new insurance, but didn't think to check if this place took my new insurance. Suddenly I get a bill for $600+ for cleanings. I talked to them, gave them the new insurance, they took it and then I was sent an updated bill for $300+ for cleanings. I tried calling over 10 times over the course of a month to figure out what the bill was about and they never picked up. Turns out they are not in network for my insurance but never told me this. I didn't find out until AFTER my kids did another cleaning so now I'll have another giant bill to pay. I know that it is my job to check if a dentist is in network or not, but would have appreciated more transparency when I gave them my new insurance. Very disappointed as I will not be going back to this place

I am very happy with this dentist. I just moved to the area, went to one place prior and wasn’t happy with that dentist, then found this place and they got all my xrays from the original dentist sent over and a cleaning on the same day. Then, they immediately got a treatment plan in action, and have seen me a total of 3x already within a month and a half. The staff have been very kind and professional, the dentist himself is extremely knowledgeable and has the kindest demeanor I’ve seen from any dentist. I appreciate the time, commitment, communication and service this dentistry has put into me as a patient within such a short time. Customer/patient service like this is rare now, but it isn’t rare here. Thank you for the great experience.

I have been a patient at Rosewood for more than 20 years. The hygienists are friendly and very capable and always have a smile on their face. Dr. Orley is the best. He is always pleasant and treats me with respect. The receptionist is always friendly and very efficient. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been coming to Rosewood since I had my baby teeth coming in. I have seen hygienists come and go, I have been under the care of at least 2 different docs. Not one time have I ever had a complaint. Their professionalism, kindness, willingness...their ability to connect and remember you and your family over the years is unmatched. I would highly recommend Rosewood Dental to any and every one that I can!

My family and I have been patients at this office for over 20 years. Unfortunately, I’m not sure what has changed recently, but between myself, my husband, and my son, we have left more than 10 voicemails trying to schedule an appointment—and have never received a call back. Every time I try to call, it goes directly to voicemail, even when I make sure to call during their listed office hours. Because of this, our family will be moving on from this office. It’s incredibly disappointing, as we have always loved and trusted Dr. Orley, but the lack of communication has made it impossible to continue our care here.

Moving to a new dentist after 20+years was stressful but wanted someone closer. My daughter started going to Rosewood and recommended. We have been very happy and extremely satisfied with the care received. Would highly recommend.
