Had my grandsons Max and Jack in for cleanings, extractions and fillings. All was done in 2 visits. The front desk staff are amazing. We worked together to get things scheduled. Doctors and Assistants, too great care and performed excellent work! My boys felt very comfortable. Thank you Midwest!!

This is the dental clinic to be at! I have had major dental phobia for my whole life causing me to avoid the dentist. When I first came to Midwest Family, I knew right away I was in good hands. Front desk staff were polite, helpful and clear spoken. Amber and Dr. O are so kind and patient with me. They explained everything clearly and administered PAINLESS dentistry. If you are looking for the optimal experience I recommend Midwest Family Dental Care. I am beyond happy with my experience; I'm not scared to go to the dentist now and it feels good to say! Technology has come a long way since 90s/00s. I am thankful I found this practice.

Called about severe tooth pain and they got me in right away. They cleaned my teeth, took photos, and got me scheduled for a filling the following week. I was so nervous but the whole process went great! It was quick and painless. The doctor and assistant were very attentive to my needs and my insurance covered most of the procedure! Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I haven't had the best experiences with dentists. So it was quite refreshing to visit here today. The staff was very polite and courteous and the doctor Mr. O'Donnell was great. He seemed very interested in getting me the care I needed. Unlike some he actually talked directly to me and not thru me if that makes sense. I would recommend making an appointment to see them if you want to be treated the way you should.

I had an appointment for 10:00 Monday June 8th. I arrived at 9:50, the receptionist was on the phone with a patient helping schedule another appointment and xray and another gentleman was on a computer working and printing put documents. I stood and waited but after a few minutes then decided to sit down and wait, figuring she would get with me when she was done with her call. I purposely sat at a chair where the receptionist could see me. After sitting there for 20 minutes I got up to talk to the receptionist, she was not at the desk and the other guy did not look up from his computer so I left at 10:12.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. The atmosphere was light. I went in to get a full set of dentures. I really have nothing bad to say concerning the office or the staff. Wonderful and understanding. Great job I feel great with them in.
