First time at this office. It’s super cute, the staff is very welcoming and friendly. Jenna my hygienist was amazing! The Dr. was thorough and honest. I am so glad that I found a wonderful office in the area. This one is a gem!

The visit was very expensive for a simple child’s routine cleaning. We are patients from the previous dentist and decided to stay as patients for the new owners, Kzoo Family Dental. We gave it a try and we won’t be returning. January: my child had their teeth cleaned w/ braces on, w/a xray. Go back 6 months, July for cleaning and braces are now off, no xray, all good no cavities as we were told. From July until February, apparently my child developed 9 cavities in between the teeth! Yes 9! I asked why they didn’t do a xray at the July visit since the braces were off since it’s the "only way to see the cavities" is by xray. No one could give me an answer to why they didn’t do a xray after the braces were off. This is why we are looking elsewhere. Not only am I upset because of the 9, but the estimated cost to get them done is almost $4000! We asked questions and we will be going elsewhere for a second opinion. I will say the dental hygienists and the office ladies are nice. The doctor could use a little work to treat patients as humans and not just another dollar.

In April I called here to schedule a new patient appointment. Received a call very late today that my insurance is out of network and because of that, I cancelled my appointment for this Thursday. A heads up would have been nice. Now I have to find another new dentist and wait months to get in.

Complete embarrassment one of the women upfront at the desk, terribly unprofessional. The rest of the staff are genuine, kind, & professional I’m sorry they have to work with someone like that because it really does hurt a team when a member behaves with such unprofessionalism. I will probably never return there again. I’m not saying don’t go there, simply saying if you encounter this woman just ask for the other lady with the glasses to assist you. and receive documents for everything watch what you’re paying anything over $400 submit it to your insurance first.

It was a much better experience. My hygienist, Jenna was very thorough, pleasant and professional. Dr. Trans was absolutely wonderful.
