Our family highly recommends Dr. Hallgren and his staff! From day one, we felt welcomed and cared for by a kind, friendly team. My son really enjoyed all the contests the office offered that patients get to be involved in. Dr. Hallgren is honest, explains treatment options clearly, and never makes us feel pressured. He also connected wonderfully with our son, making him feel comfortable and included throughout the process. Our son’s results were even better than we expected. The staff is consistently helpful and caring, and despite closer options, choosing Dr. Hallgren was the right decision for our family. We plan to return for our next child’s treatment. And Dr. Hallgren earned some bonus points since he is a Detroit Lions fan!!

I have had my four children receive orthodontist treatments at Hallgren Orthodontist. I couldn’t have been happier with the treatment, care, and outcomes! My children all have beautiful smiles. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Hallgren and his staff when I had my consultation and when I had my braces put on. I have a lot of anxiety around dentists and dental work and they were very considerate in asking questions and addressing my fears. The time they took with me put me at ease right from the start. Every person I came in contact with was kind, helpful and supportive. They were thorough in explaining everything and made sure I understood the treatment plan and felt comfortable. Having braces at 61 was never on my radar but Dr. Hallgren and his staff were amazing!!! They were so kind and reassuring and made the process go so smoothly! Everyone was wonderful!

We have had an incredible experience with Dr. Hallgren's office. Before choosing an orthodontist, we had consultations at 4 different offices because we knew our daughter's orthodontia was going to be a little complicated and we wanted her to have the best experience possible. Right from the beginning, the Hallgren office was peaceful and calming. The staff treated us so gently and my daughter felt respected even though she's "just a kid." That was something she really appreciated. When we received our treatment estimate, we were told to expect two years of treatment, but we kept all of our appointments every six weeks and my daughter used her bands diligently and she just graduated 3 months early! The results have been incredible, as you can see in the photos. Our older son and our adult daughter are now both happy patients at Hallgren and even though we live all the way in Augusta, I won't take my other kids anywhere else. Thank you, Dr. Hallgren!
