Destiny Dental

I am highly upset with my experience at Destiny Dental. I came in for my cracked tooth, and I do not feel like it was fixed properly at all. I explained that I had placed temporary dental putty in the tooth to protect my nerves, but it was still left in there, and now the side of my tooth still has a hole in it. This is very frustrating because I trusted them to properly repair my tooth, and it does not look or feel like the work was done correctly. I am still dealing with discomfort and concerns about the way my tooth was treated. On top of that, getting in contact with the office is extremely difficult. When you call, they do not answer the phone right away, and it takes multiple calls or waiting for a call back just to get through. The scheduling also feels inconsistent because I was given different information about appointments. Overall, I am highly disappointed, annoyed, and frustrated. I came there needing help for my cracked tooth, and now I feel like I am still left with the same problem, if not worse. I hope this is addressed because this is not okay.

Highly recommended, My experience at Destiny Dental was excellent. The ladies at the front desk are very polite and efficient. Dr punn and his hygienists were great. The overall quality and time management are the best I have experienced in years. So five stars. Keep up the good work.

Dr. Aladdin and Gina, but also really the entire staff, are fantastic and have been so great for me since I’ve been coming here. Always ensuring that I’m comfortable, know what they’re doing, and keep the mood light. No one likes going to the dentist, but I can honestly say I look forward to seeing the staff here and always leave feeling confident about coming back. An easy 5 stars!

I have been attending this dentist for over 3 years now, I have been deadly scared of the dentist for years and have had multiple complications with other dentist. This is by far thy best office I have come across. I don’t like to share my dentist with people cause I don’t want them to get too booked up lol The ladies are absolutely amazing and the dentist is young with the newest schooling, and definitely has heart and compassion for his patients which is hard to come by now days. I could praise them for a lot more too. I won’t be leaving this office anytime soon and pray they stay open for years to come cause I don’t ever wanna leave.

I am disappointed to write this review. The staff has been great to me the work has been done well and efficiently. But this morning I had seven teeth extracted. After I was done. I was told to take Tylenol for pain and that should be sufficient. Ok. How many of you have had teeth extracted??? Well my pain is intense and the Tylenol I have taken has done nothing for me except a slight upset stomach. I guess I should have asked about the practice policy on pain medication before proceeding but when asked for a pharmacy I just made an educated assumption. Now I don’t know weather to continue my treatment plan of find a different provider

Dr. Alaeddin and support staff are all great. I hadn’t been to a dentist in 10 years, and they diagnosed and fixed everything I had going on in just 3 visits. Professional, kept me informed and at ease the whole time. Thank you so much for healing me! 🙏

I came to this office for the first time, only needing my UPPER DENTURES aligned. I don't quite understand why my NEW insurance won't cover it until November of NEXT year, but the more questionable issue is; why am I being charged for UPPER and LOWER when I only need UPPER???
