I just want to Thank God for putting the Children's Dental Zone in our path. I was shown an amazing experience for my daughter dental procedure. Thank you Dr. King, Dr. Plavin, Ms. Genny and Ms.Tasha for showing my family such good Kindness, Compassion and Professionalism to my family. I am truly grateful for having such an involved staff keeping me updated from start to finish. This dental office is very friendly from the moment we walked in my family felt valued. They are not enough words to say Thank you for demonstrating how unique and genuine each individual from your team was with us. May God continue to Bless your Business for many years to come. My 2 year old daughter had her first dentist appointment here today and it went amazing! I really loved how the entire staff was just so friendly, welcoming and sweet to my girl. Instead of what could have been a scary experience for most kids Mia seemed to be very comfortable and had such a great time here. We loved the slide, theater, being able to watch bluey and wearing cool sunglasses and the prize machines at the end of the visit.

Look no further, this is the dental office you want for your child. After a stressful dental situation, this team absolutely blew me away. They got my child in for a same-day emergency appointment and had a treatment plan in place immediately. Even more impressive, they scheduled the necessary procedure with sedation for the very next morning. Dr. Hamilton identified a developmental tooth condition that had been completely missed by our previous provider. His knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to spend extra time explaining everything gave me tremendous confidence in my child's care. Dr. King, the owner of the practice, even stopped by the morning of the procedure to personally examine my son and ensure all of my questions had been answered beforehand. A special thank you to Genny and Tasha, the sedation coordinators. They were incredibly kind, informative, and supportive throughout the entire process. When your child is under sedation, they come out frequently to provide updates, which offers tremendous peace of mind during an otherwise stressful situation. I had honestly started to believe that exceptional customer service was a thing of the past. This office restored my faith that it still exists. We are beyond grateful for the care our family received and would recommend this practice without hesitation.

This is AMAZING! Everything in this office is designed with little kids on mind making a potentially scary experience a REALLY fun one instead. I can’t get over the slide, the theatre, the toddler zone, the reindeer, the tunnel. If we didn’t have a dentist appointment, I would literally pay to go play in their lobby. More importantly, every staff member interacted with my toddler in a developmentally appropriate and friendly way. From playing with tools and flashlights to making sure her favorite show was in the screen, they did EVERYTHING a human can to to make this experience a positive one. Ms Misty at the front desk, Ms Brydie our tour guide, Ms Ingrid and Ms Rachel and Dr. King- our providers were all outstanding! There’s nothing more important to a parent than how someone treats your child and this dentist office just won a lifelong mama fan. (The coffee bar helps too ha ha)

They were able to get my baby in for a tongue and lip tie revision within a couple days versus other offices that were going to take months before they could see him. The entire staff is so welcoming & even entertained my toddler during my baby's procedure. The office is a kid's dream with so much to do! Dr Diaz & her assistant Osni took such good care of my baby and made sure I was informed every step of the process. I drove 3 hours to come here & I'd do it again in a heartbeat! Couldn't recommend this office enough.

After a traumatic experience at another office where my 6-year-old daughter Piper was held down for an injection, she refused to go to any dentist. Multiple dentists recommended general anesthesia, which made me incredibly anxious as a mom. I found Children's Dental Zone through glowing reviews and I'm so grateful I did. From our first appointment, we experienced warmth, professionalism , and genuinely loving—not fake-nice. Mrs Genny explained everything about Piper's teeth, showed us her X-rays, and gave us best/worst case scenarios with pricing for each option. At our scheduled procedure, Piper was terrified and crying, refusing to let anyone near her mouth. When Dr. Trey, the anesthesiologist, walked in, he squatted to Piper’s level, maintained eye contact, and spoke with such kindness that she stopped crying, started laughing, and even gave him one of her comfort toys. Dr. King who worked on Pipers teeth focused on making sure my husband and I fully understood every step and possible plan B or C. He was patient with us answering all of our questions and concerns. Mrs Genny provided updates during the procedure. But she didn’t stop the moment we left their office. She texted to check on Piper for at least a week after the procedure —making sure Piper was recovering and that she was comfortable. This Dream Team - Mrs Genny, Dr King, Dr Trey and nurse Keisha - transformed our fear into trust. Piper now has healthy teeth and actually smiles for her follow up visit. I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to any parent wanting a positive, trauma-free experience for their child.
