@ La verdad mi experiencia aquí fue la mejor 👍👍👍 La doctora y el personal muy amables y me explicaron todo súper bien👌 👌Yo estaba súper nerviosa por los review ya que la mayoría eran negativos y cuando llegue allí todo era diferente. La doctora toda un amor me agarro de las manos y me tranquilizo por lo nerviosa que estaba y realmente ella es buena en lo que hace. Lo único negativo que puedo decir es que hay que esperar bastante pero valió la pena ya que me siento super bien 0 dolor y fui muy bien atendida por todos allí. Me siento Súper agradecidas con la doctora y el personal que fueron súper amables conmigo🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Solo llamé para hacer una cita para una extracción. Mi dentista me refirió allí. La secretaria fue bien ruda, simplemente porque le dije que no hablaba inglés. Me dejo esperando y luego me colgó. Volvi y llamé y cuando escuchó mi voz me colgó. ES UNA RASISTA segun senti su actitud. Mal mal mal. Buscaré otro lugar. Thank next✌🏻👎

MOLD AIR QUALITY POOR. If you have respiratory issues, don’t come inside this building. Neglected building inside. Understaffed.hours up to 3 hours after scheduled time.no staff at front desk. FIND ELSEWHERE

The experience was okay. I booked my appointment at 3:30pm and needed to wait a while due to short staff. The surgery went great. What I didn’t like was that they told my boyfriend he should’ve had the prescription ready. That was weird to say because they needed to prepare it and it wasn’t until after my surgery when all businesses were closed. If someone is accompanying you, request your prescription before or during surgery just to be safe. Good luck !!

This review is in no way a bad talk against the Oral surgeon herself she’s probably great. The issue is the building and staff. The building smelled like mold and water leak. Ik the smell of mold very well and there is definitely mold in that office it’s a very strong smell and very unsanitary. The office is not good at all. This place needs to be checked to see if they are meeting the necessary health requirements. As it’s very unsanitary atleast the areas that I saw. The ceiling behind the workers had a massive water leak. And they just continued working like nothing. Anyone who respects their health and cares for safety wouldn’t visit this place. Until they either change building or renovate the place i wish i took pictures.

I had a great experience here, I loved the nurses and they were so sweet and patient while I was so nervous to get all 4 wisdom teeth out. The reviews scared me a bit but honestly all the reviews are about the same thing which is waiting. If you are getting surgery you shouldn’t have anything planned for the whole rest of the day anyways. So bring a book, watch a video, etc. What matters is if you have a good doctor and staff- and you do! I never leave reviews but I truly loved this office because of the nurses and doctor. I went back for a follow up and Dr.Laifook takes time to answer all your questions and explains everything in detail. Don’t be scared of reviews (:
