La experiencia que yo eh tenido con mi hijo ah sido bastante buena su progreso ah sido rápido y eficiente no tengo quejas de ninguna de las oficinas, las chicas que lo han atendido han sido siempre bien amable y muy profesionales en su trabajo..

Our family has had a wonderful experience with this orthodontist over the past 2½ years. My daughter has been a patient here and the care, professionalism, and kindness from the entire team have been outstanding. The staff is always welcoming and patient, and they take the time to make sure she feels comfortable and understands everything during each visit. Her smile has improved tremendously, and we are truly grateful for the attention and care they’ve given her. I highly recommend this office to any family looking for a great orthodontist.

My son goes to The Heights Orthodontists and he loves them. He’s had his braces on for a couple of years now and never had any problems whatsoever. Great staff, great quality materials, the office is always super clean and neat. 10 outta 10

Writing as I’m still sitting at the waiting room 45 min into my supposed appointment time. I am at the tail end of my treatment that has lasted 1.5 years; for the most part the doctors and the staff were nice, but the amount of miscommunication and lack of follow-through has been deeply frustrating. Frequently I’ll have to remind them where my treatment was at and what was discussed last time, otherwise a rushed decision would be made that contradicted previous conversation. They made a few mistakes on the tray that ended up delaying my treatment, and I had to come back to the office more often than expected. They also kept booking me to the new doctor while I mentioned many times that I’d stick to the old one (after already having to switch once due to doctor leaving). I really want to like this office as it’s nicely renovated and again, everyone is friendly. I just wish they could get more organized and stop biting more than they can chew, so that the patients experience matches the look and the promise.

I love Heights Orthodontics! I’ve been in treatment from inbrace to Invisalign. I’ve primarily seen Dr. Trulby (you can choose which orthodontist you’d like see), and have been seen at both the Heights and Newark Ave locations. The staff has never been anything but wonderful as well as the orthodontists.

Really stinking tired of all the back and forth with this place. Horrible communication, and little understanding of how this impacts their young patients. Yes we can do Invisalign, actually, no we can't. Yes we are fitting braces this week, oh actually no, wait 6 more weeks. Wait another 6. Oh this dr told you that? Haha well no, actually, that can't be what they said. First steps have taken more than twice as long as expected.

Everyone from the receptionists, doctors and staff were very helpful and accommodating. The place was also clean.
