Moving forward, if the dentist is running behind, please have the courtesy to inform your staff so they can relay that to patients. My appointment was scheduled for 12:30 PM, yet I wasn’t seen until 2:17 PM. I did not appreciate this level of service.

Years ago I went to the office, Dr Sawh is an exceptional dentist. (But the reception is awful) work performed and the outcome with what I received was absolutely beautiful. Once my husband saw the outcome, he made an appointment. End result another satisfied customer. I then referred a good friend of mines. Fast forward, years later I returned for service May 2023, calls, visit & note to inquire about the claim no response until they left a voice mail to discuss my claim November 2023. I've moved on to another dentist from day one their service is absolutely amazing, the receptionists are ALL so professional...OMG😉

Great dentist. Dr. Sawh has real empathy, listens to you, and is a perfectionist. He listens to my needs and care about the work quality delivered. I absolutely recommend him without reservation. I've recommended my friends and family to him and have had no regrets.

Dr. Michael Sawh is an amazing dentist! I’ve been going to him for over 10 years, from cleanings, to crowns, to root canals, and even extractions. He’s very kind, patient, and accommodates you for emergencies. He is excellent in his field. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Michael Sawh is simply the best! He is a very honest and most knowledge based dentist around. He and his staff treat you like family. I have to say he is painless too! Very clean place. Will only see him for dentistry no other! 🙂

I'd give this business negative 2 stars if I could. I’ve had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience with this dental office after trying to get a simple cleaning since the end of October. My appointment has been rescheduled four times, each time disrupting my schedule. Communication has been inconsistent and disorganized. At one point, I received a call on a Sunday night from someone identifying herself as the dentist’s sister, asking for my insurance member ID and documents because she said she did not trust the front desk staff. This was inappropriate, unprofessional, and made me very uncomfortable. Most recently, I called one hour before my scheduled appointment to confirm everything was set. I was told yes. I walked to the office, arrived on time, and was then told there would be a two-hour delay and asked if I wanted to come back later. This delay could and should have been communicated when I called ahead — especially knowing patients are rearranging work and personal commitments to be there. After nearly three months of delays, poor communication, and internal dysfunction, I’ve lost confidence in this practice. Patients deserve respect, clear communication, and proper scheduling. Unfortunately, this office failed on all three. I would strongly recommend others proceed with caution and if you have had problems with this practice, report them to the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry.
