We moved to Jersey City and I dreaded finding a new dentist, because it took us a while to find a dentist we could trust. We were so glad we found Baines Family Dental near our apartment, and Dr. Marshall and the team are just the people we were looking for. He is thorough, caring, and very efficient. For each treatment, he explains what needs to be done, and show us the photos of the spots. The assistants and dental hygienists are also very friendly and kind. Now we just need to stay put and not move again 😊.

I haven’t been to this office in more than 15 years since I moved over an hour away. As luck would have it, my teenager managed to break her front tooth while making TikTok videos with her friends on Thanksgiving weekend. I called our regular dentist and every other dentist within a 10-mile radius, everyone was either closed or couldn’t see her until the following week. Out of local options, I called Dr Baines. Not only were they open, he told me to come over right away and said they’d even stay open past closing to make sure my daughter didn’t go the whole weekend without her smile. Dr. Keith and the entire Saturday staff were incredible. They took her in immediately and she walked out looking as good as new. She was back to smiling and making TikTok videos in the car on the ride home. Thank you for the exceptional care and kindness. It truly meant the world to us.

First of all, not a fan of any dentist period due to horrible experiences when I was kid . Went in today , of course my wife convinced me . Been going thru pain due to a bad tooth/gum infection. From the moment I sat in the chair for X-rays and etc treatment I felt so comfortable and appreciated as a patient . Dr keith baines took care of me . I definitely going back thank you doc for making my experience today amazing . Oh and of course the ladies in the front for assisting Crystal and Dianna and th doc's assistant. I apologize I do not remember her name. Thank you again!
